This place is an absolute gem. Excellent location, the guys on reception were fantastic - really friendly and helpful, and even waited for us when our flight arrived late. This place is absolutely spotless, and well equipped with a great balcony, and brilliant air-con. The price is so unreasonable considering it was peak season in Ibiza Town. Will absolutely go back - can't believe we were lucky enough to find it!.
所有评语 » Location is great, very close to the port and all the shops. It offers good value for money in Ibiza, which is notoriously expensive and generally quality of mid-range accomodation is very variable (with some shockers). The appartament I had was quite spacious, very very clean and with a huge balcony. Given Ibiza's cost, this was a very good choice. The owners are very sweet and very helpful. The apartments are nice and comfortable, the people are very friendly and helpful and the location is very good, central, but not too noisy. Airco worked very well, the balcony is amazing. Absolutly recomendable. Good restaurants closed by, just a few meters to port, old town and shopping. Loved it !! so central ! You have the possibility to do your household with kitchenette and washing machine. There was also a nice balcony. The staff recommended a great tapas bar not far from the accommodation which was delicious, thanks guys !. The staff is friendly, the apartment is clean, the household equipment is in good order and the Internet access is without any problem. The location is optimal for people who want to be in Ibiza town. I love the place. It's clean, very strategically placed. It's not a luxury hotel but I think it's a very good standard compared to the price. Definitely will come back again. I just love it. Design of apartment is efficient, kitchen and laundry equipment very adequate. Nice shower, security box, close fitting curtains, window shutters for bedroom. Huge apartment, complete with large balcony, kitchen space and separate bedroom. Very clean, super helpful staff. Would absolutely come stay here again!. guys running the hotel were extremely helpful and their recommendations were great room was very clean, functional and smart location was superb. The hotel has a good location in Ibiza Town , it is just 15 min walk to clubs and pacha restaurant. The staff can talk english which is rare in spain. No particular "dislike" - it is a basic, good option if you want to stay in Ibiza Town in a flat. Cleaning should improve, it was not dirty, but not very clean either. Forgot to replace towels, what was a bit stressy, I realized too late, after shower not one towel available... single bed mattress not extremely comfortable but acceptable for the price. I've marked this apartment down on cleanliness because in room 102 the shower did not drain properly. The rooms needs renovation.
