  Room was modern, clean, well-furnished, attractive and comfortable. Hotel is convenient to medieval villages of Peratallada and Pals, and to the beaches of Costa Brava near Begur. Pool and spa were beautiful and relaxing -- and not at all crowded during our stay. Breakfast was delicious; a very good buffet.   From the point of arrival we where made to feel very welcome, especially suzanna, who took the time to explain everything about the hotel, surrounding area and restaurants,but in general, all the staff where very helpful. We stayed in a Superior double room that has good space, comfort and plenty of hot water for showers. Breakfast was plentiful and nicely presented. Staff were friendly, informative and very welcoming. A;though it is located 5 mins walk outside of the village this did not present any problem for us and I would not hesitate to recommend Hotel Aatu.
