  We stayed in this 3 bedroom apartment, bcn Rambla Cataluña Campiña, for three nights on from 5 to 8 July 2013, with two of our adult children and one partner. The apartment was located on Rambla Cat - We were met by Berta who reacted very quickly to our phone call to let us in to our penthouse apartment serviced by a lift. The apartment was magnificent with a balcony running its whole length where we would have our meals. The kitchen was extremely well equipped lacking for nothing. There was also a washing machine. The bedroom was quite large and the bed extremely comfortable. The apartments are well positioned not far from Segrada Familia and Gaudi Mila. I would certainly recommend thse apa

Als - We liked the huge windows on our room and the fact we could open a door and walk out on a big balcony. Definitely a plus for anyone who likes a light, bright, airy, large room. Also liked the swivel flat screen tv and large refrigerator. For someone who wants a view, a great kitchen set up with everything you need to prepare your own meals, and a very short stroll to the Sants train station to access downtown - it's great for a one or two night stay, and a good value.

  The flat was in a perfect location. Nice local neighbourhood - bakery on the corner and convenient store on the next. Ramla Poblenou is one long street filled with shops, restaurants, bars and cafes - and with the beach at the end. Could not ask for more. По красивой набережной вдоль моря и гуляющих барселонцев до Рамблы около часа пешком. Или можно взять велосипед и домчаться за 10-15 минут. Барселона осталась в нашем сердце и если вернуться то только в это отель.

  Great place to have a quite retreat from the city. David spoke good English and was very helpful. The house is in a super location to find and to depart from if driving and a short walk to catch the metro into the heart of city or to the harbor. The owner David was so helpful, he prepared the map for us and gave lots of useful advice.The location was not that city center but very safe and close to the metro, it's about 10 mins walk which is nothing to me , cuz you can enjoy the view and everything.
