  This hotel is situated in a great location. It is close to public transportation and excellent shopping area. But it is also within walking distance to the major attractions of Barcelona.   The hotel was very centrally located within a few minutes walking distance of busy las ramblas & close to many restaurants & a supermarket. The apartment room was large & spacious to accommodate my family of 4 including 2 teenagers. The bathroom was very spacious as well & the kitchenette was well equipped. Hotel reception staff were exceptional eg Aritz, Manuel & Zavi - Lovely location in the heart of the Gothic Quarter, but in a small side street so it is nice and quiet. The rooms are lovely with the exposed wall and slate tiled bathrooms. Staff were really helpful and recommended places to eat and go see, and generally very friendly and attentive. Fantastic location near all the bars and restaurants, and about 5-7 min walk to the food market, and tube (metro) station. We didn't use the swimming pool as we went in March (still too cold) but it did look tiny.

  We had a great 8 day stay at Sensation Sagrada Familia. We are a family of 5 --- children age 14, 11 and 8 -- and had plenty of room with two bedrooms with a full size bed and another bed room with a two twin beds along with a pull out couch in the living room. Wifi was good as well. We had a double bed, 2 single beds and a sofa bed. Sofa bed was comfortable. Apartment is in a block of apartments served with reception services as in hotels. Receptionists were very very helpful. As soon as we arrived they gave us map of metro and another map showing grocer, bakery and nearby restaurants.
