The beds and pillows were soooo comfy. Often in hotels you will get pillows that are so hard that you end up sleeping without. The facilities were fantastic, my son and I had a swim and the room had all those little extras that you might have forgotten. The best thing about this hotel though was the staff. We recieved a lovely welcome, they were fluent in a number of languages so our English was no problem. They were fabulous.
