On arrival the staff were welcoming and friendly and very helpful . The apartment was bright , clean , spacious and was very well equipped . It was very well located for all conveniences of Barcelona . We arrived at 11.30 am and we're allowed to check in at that time which was brilliant . We needed to print off boarding passes and the girl on reception was most helpful and did it without any trouble . I would stay at Whotells again

-Best Place about it is its location which is 2 mins walk to La Rambla Street -Everything is feasible restaurants, bars and clubs -Clean -Caring Staff

clean apartment, well furnished, a lot of towels, good (but maybe quite hard) beds, a choice of pillows, a safebox, a good working free wifi and airco, a flatscreen TV with too much channels and 3 set of keys. There is a lift, and a nice roof sun-terrace with loungers on the sixth floor. Bedrooms at the back are very quiet - you can sleep with open windows (except at the street side). Towels are changed every 3 days (they 'forgot' to change, but when we asked for new towels, we received them immediately). There are a lot of little food-shops in the street with fresh fuit, vegetaties and a choice of bread. Excellent restaurant Imprevist just around the corner. Only 10' walk from Plaza Universidad Aerobus-stop.
too much noise at night on the street-side bedroom (but very quiet at the back). towells weren't change after 3 days (but when we asked for it, we received new towells). staff asked us to double-lock the doors, but they don't do it themselves.

The. Location was great for getting around the city. The rooms were a good size.beds and bedding very comfortable. It was very quiet in bedrooms.
Would have liked another sofa or more comfortable chairs. Needed a couple of smaller pans for cooking. Safe didn't work

The cleaner/service of the apartment did not happen whilst we were there. We had to ask for fresh towels.
