Good location. Friendly owners. Nice design. Big balcony where you can sit with your friends or family members and look at the street throught the big windows. There are some good coffees near the hotel, 100 metres, where you can have a breakfast and dinneer. Nice places.

Nice places close enough to the center by foot, pretty art nouveau room and very clean.

The only downside, just one shower for all with a toilet inside...
Sometimes hard in the morning.
There was only one shared bathroom for all rooms, one extra bathroom would be fine.
Wi-fi sometime does not work, shared bathroom has toilet together.
No Air condition or even fan! Lots of noise in the street.. from cars to people shouting! Front desk was only available until 4pm. Internet was working fine on the first night after that the signal was so low we had to stand near the door!.
Our room smelled mouldy and we could ear the water in the pipes and the water pump.
There was no toilet paper in the common bathroom on one of the nights and the bathroom was a little dirty.
