Excellent hotel in very convenient location, next to subway station. Just few steps to La Rambla walking street, subway enables easy and cheap access to all sights as well as wide range of reasonable priced restaurants nearby makes holiday very pleasant. There was a problem with the original apartment I had booked so I was given a better apartment, a discount and a bottle of wine. Couldn't fault the service and care provided. Apartment very central and convenient.
所有评语 » Location, Location, Location. Right off the Las Ramblas, easy to get to and from the airport via Aerobus, great walking area and access to metro. Layout of apartment is good,well setup with all you need. Suite 3B faced La Rambla and was light and airy with lots of space. We were given this when we moaned about 3A. Location was very central. Amenities in apartment all worked well. great service right in the center of Barcelona's old quarter. Despite of being on a busy area the apartment is quiet and with a lot of natural light. Was a fantastic location for las Ramblas . Great access to the old town, which I loved. Good access to harbour and plaza at top of las rambles. Location is awesome! La Rambla is seen from your window and Placa Real is in 20 metres. The apartment is small but very convenient. Pretty place, with all the amenities required. Very central, so easy to explore everywhere on foot or by metro. Helpful staff. The location of the apartments takes your experience to different level.. Having the apartment in the La Rambla is excellent. Location was exellent and contact person was very friendly. We liked this apartment very much. I liked the apartment design how clean it was how close it was and in the middle of la Rambla street. If you are a light sleeper the night noise could keep you awake. Suite 3A, which we were given originally was dark, faced a side street and overlooked McDonalds. It was also small and cramped. Quite noisy at night as a hive of activity. Some night clubs in plaza behind and you hear the people when they leave going home. cannot figure out :-) maybe some noise from Rambla if you go to bed early. There were no sheets or pillow for couch, so for the third person. We are a family, so it was a bit noisy for us. Good for people staying out late on Las Ramblas. I didn't like that the staff are not fixable at all .. I called to do some changes to our booking but they refused and I wanted to cancel one day but also refused. Only thing to complain was pillows - please replace it with real pillows and this apartment will be perfect. very noisy at night, could hear nearly everything at night so was hard to sleep. also, no one told me that i needed to call when i arrived at the apartment so no one was there to open the apartment when we arrived. this was most frustrating because we are from australia so didnt have a phone on us. i thought this was very slack of the apartment owners. Lack of toiletpaper. Its not something you expect to use your money on. To be annoyed about something so simple and cheap. Washing machine is broken, which is not the same as stated in the description. there was no reception. A bit noisy but that's to be expected in this district - accessibility was fabulous. A bit noisy. The noise from La Rambla is constant, even into the wee hours of the mornings. This would not be an ideal rental for a family with small children. Also, the bathroom needed some updates and it didn't look as if the faucet had been wiped down since there were a lot of water spots. Considering the 50 Euro cleaning fee that is included in the rental, I expected it to look a lot cleaner. It was very noisy in this apartment. We paid for the penthouse with a private roof terrace. What the description of the apartment did not tell us was that it was located above a KFC fast food restaurant and the private roof terrace we paid extra for stank of fried food the whole time so we never got to use it. The location is on a very noisy corner (street noise all night). The laundry facilities did not work and there was no toilet tissue available. I know it is an efficiency apartment but some items are necessary for initial visit. Located above kfc. Very strong smell of the kfc kitchen in the hall. Also, very very noisey @ night because of crossing street and people talking on street. Bed is not comfortable.Elevator was not working for 2 days. Dirty, no cleaning of apartment, old furniture, noise from street, no sleep all night, no change of towels or clean sheets.... Just 4 walls. the man that gave us the keys. He is very stupid and ignorant. I had sign a paper of garantee for the payment, and I paid on cash. I had to pay 50 euros plus the price that was on the reservation he said it was for clean the room after I go out. noisy street until the middle of the night. 1- rude service (screaming at U.. ) 2- charged for Cleaning fees... Which I didnt ask for 3- too much noise from restaurants out side u might cant sleep the hole trip...
