Location is perfect. No need to argue. Cleaning is perfect. Staff is very helpful. If you keep your expectation too high you can not be happy. Don't forget this is 2star hostel. the best hostal for trip to the city. (Its easy to find to entrance don't worry about it.). Great location , amazing balue for money, the staff was very friendly, the guided us for every thing and also upgraded to a nicer room. The room was very pretty nice and clean, we had an on suit one, overall loved our stay there will book it again for sure ....
所有评语 » Everything. the hotel is in the middle of the Ramblas (excellent location, close to cafes, bars and restaurants and in front of a metro station). Rooms and bathrooms are clean. They give you clean towels everyday. The price is very good. The best location in Barcelona , close to everything.. Nice and clean rooms The people how work there are great and kind!. Right next to market where you buy fresh food, excellent. Vibe fantastic. Just the spot to be. Across metro, near buses. Got a lovely balcony overlooking the gothic quarter. Was great for just one night. The reception offer me the better room with a/c and private bathroom when they saw our hige luggage. We refused as we wanted the balcony but I thought this was awefully nice of them. there is airco in our room and that is very good if you are visit Barcelona in summer time when the temp. can be above 30degrees Celsius. Nice balcony overlooking a busy (but not too busy so not loud). very central location easy to travel to and back to the airport clean. Very friendly staff - Tommy wanted to sausage one of them. location. No lifts ... Nothing else to dislike. Mattresses could be better. They are getting old. For my room it was really low connection to wifi.. There is not always hot water, and when I had to shower they give my a different one to go.. Big and nice but still out of my room.. The walls are kind thin so you can hear the people outside sometimes.. Rooms are very small but clean and sufficient for a short stay. Sign outside the hotel could be a little more obvious. It's set inside a shop so easy to walk by!. Hard to find the entry but just look for the street number and enter through the passage to the second floor. The entrance is a little scruffy and doesn't give a good first impression. - a bit noisy - there was no wifi signal in our room. Nothing except there is a lot of stairs and no elevator but this is the case with most hostels in Europe. The entrance of the hotel, but not a big deal !. It could be a bit more modern, some things there were pretty old like microwave, computers etc. This felt like a youth hostel and the rooms were tiny. The tv had very intermittent reception and only Spanish channels. The entrance to the 'hotel' was via a shop selling football t-shirts which is a bit offputting. We were told that we were getting a better room than we had booked but actually, I am not sure how this could be the case and I suspect we were actually downgraded. I would not recommend this hotel to others unless they are looking for something really, really cheap. No internet in rooms. very very small room a bit expensive for what it offered. basically you paid for the location. Extremely expensive for what was a basic hostel. Cold room. Towels we're awful quality. Room was very average at best. everyting.
