near to metro station and restaurant and market and beach , it's quiet area to live. The location is very nice - close to the sea, several supermarkets close by. Location Good value for money. No elevator. Lots of noise from the street as the street is very narrow every sound multiples. Too many stairs Not that spacious Bed too small for older couple Would be better suited for younger couple.
