We stayed in a suite and it was perfect. Amazing bathroom facilities with a lot of complimentary bath items. Beautiful sea views. Large rooms with separate living space. Beautiful views from the cafeteria, amazing selection of breakfast items. Stunning outside decked swimming pool and sunbathing area. I have stayed here before and will go back again as its an excellent hotel. Each time I have had a fabulous room with a seaview and all the amenities are great, the breakfast is good and the location is prerfect for both the town and the beach.
所有评语 » Beautiful room with every comfort. As we booked the Junior Suite we were sent to a different dining room for breakfast - it was wonderful with great sea views and a delicious breakfast. The staff were all very helpful. The staff were very friendly, courteous & accommodating at all times. The suites are perfectly located and very spacious and comfortable with excellent views. Housekeeping staff and waiters/bar staff were excellent. Rooms are spacious and the Hotel is well situated near the beachfront. The suites are great with fantastic views, the location is right on the marina & only 5 min walk into the old town. Almost everything was perfect! The staff was great, the rooms exceeded expectations, and the location was excellent!. The room was spacious and well furnished. The bed was very comfortable. The shower "with a view" was fabulous. Big room. Excellent location. Good breakfast even no season and few guests. Quite high wifi speed. Breakfast Outdoor pool area and Spa Staff Location Rooms Housekeeping Staff Bar Staff. Breakfast was great and the room was lovely with a nice balcony and very well appointed. It was reasonable value. The room service and breakfast staff were lovely. nice located right at ocean front, great view, pool. The jacuzzi and the location. sea view suites . I dont have any negatives at alll. Very limited number of English channels on the tv and the remote control was blocked so any dual language films etc. could not be changed to English. This would not normally bother us, but as my husband was ill we had to spend the evening in the hotel room (illness nothing to do with the hotel). it was noisy one night at the weekend as expected as close to night life area. WIFI was woefully slow and most times could not be used in the room. Was not much better in the lobby also. Front desk staff could improve their friendliness. Not many could speak English. The food in the hotel was horrible, but no worries... there are many good restaurants around that area. We expected a view, of the sea or marina. What we got was the side of the casino and other marina side buildings, with tops of masts beyond. On questioning this we were told that the hotel gave priority to bookings from it's own web-site!!. Renovations on going, so a bit noisy in the daytime. No children menu. Old spa facilities. 1 m deep swimming pool. Expensive parking. No russian tv channel available. Front desk staff. The room was really ok but it had a weird smell. The disco near the casino. From midnight until 06.00, boom, boom, boom on Friday & Saturday nights. Soundproofing to reduce traffic noise could be better. Breakfast choice somewhat disappointing. nothing. Bathroom and shower were too open, not private at all. Service at breakfast area was a little bit sub-standard. Lack of catering. Restaurant like a canteen.No real coffee in room. Loved everything. Cleaning chemicals smells awfull. need another chair on the balcony so we can sit in comfort whilst using the in-house dining options instead of being hunched over on a sofa trying to eat. just our room near the pool so have to remember to close the blind. Everything was too much trouble for the check in/reception staff: we booked a room with two beds and were only offered a room with one (the reception desk asked me to prove what I had booked); when we asked for a late check out we were told we could only ask on the day we were checking out and it was unlikely (no alternative such as using the gym facilities were offered); the WiFi was very sporadic and only available in one part of the room. hairs on the floor, hotel restaurant closed at this time of the year. Run down facilities. Room for three that was really only suitable for two and having to book and pay for another room. The fact that I was then told we couldnt all have breakfast together or use the same pool facilities! Just what you want when you go on holiday together. Booked a sea view, ended up overlooking clubs/bars etc Gym/spa area very small Maintenance going on during stay which was outside room & noisy Room service expensive and poor. we were given a port facing room and had to complain to get a sea view which is what we booked.
