  I stayed at the hotel for a conference in Barcelona, and I was very happy with my stay. The room wasn't huge, but it had a king-size bed. Everything was kept immaculately clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The area that the hotel is in is more of a residential/shopping area of Barcelona, which I liked, as it - Everything! Very nice small hotel almost in the centre of Barcelona, within one metro stop from the Sants railway station. White foyer, bright- green corridor, cosy rooms - each about one of the Barcelona places of interest. Ours was called 'Parc Guel'. The window looks out on the quiet yard.   The apartment-sharing style feeling rather than being in a soul-less hotel. Pablo was extremely welcoming and devoted to provide a great stay: breakfast was served for my early rising, he gave me tips on great tapas place, etc. Really a great host. The location is perfect on a residential street with bakeries and groceries - It's very nice appartment, almost in the center of the city, 10 minutes walking from Plaza de Espana and 15 minutes - from Plaza de Catalunya. Location is great. And Paulo, the host, was very nice and helpful. Room was quite comfortable and clean. But there are 5 rooms and you have to keep quiet to not disturb your neighbors . Minimal breakfast is included .
