  I liked everything, from the room to the buffet in the morning and evening (dinner). The cocktails in the pool bar in the evening are awesome (I advise you a Piña Colada....!), But the service in general is good. The spa is nice and the gym is a very nice little spot with everything one can need for warming up and working out. The location is very nice: - Amiable reception and cleaning staff, great spa pools. The room was clean with comfortable beds and a nice ocean view. Decent location, a 15 minute walk to the center of Agaete or to Puerto de Las Nieves, and near good hiking trails up to Tamadaba Forest. We didn't have a car and had no problems (though a bit of Spanish is very useful for the local taxi!). As a vegetarian, the dinner options were better than I expected. One of our favorite hotels we stayed at.

  Everything just perfect :-) Staff is very helpfull and friendly,speaking language english,deutch,spanish,polish. Hotel is very nice and modern looking. We definitely will comback to t - Olga and Thomas, who run the hotel, couldn't do more to make sure you are ok. Their friendly advise, help with anything (from arranging taxis to scuba diving) made us feel we were actually staying in 4 star hotel.
