Friendliness and efficiency of the staff. The special price made it possible to upgrade to an executive suite room which was very comfortable. In addition the room had a bath (my wife's requirement) and a shower for myself. We were firstplaced in a room with a shower only , but when my wife drew this to the recptions attention within ten minutes we were told we would be moved and sent someone to move us.
