Walking distance from downtown, waterfront, sea point, restaurants along the summerset st, Cape Center mall, etc. Huge and comfortable room with kitchenette. Very clean and quiet. I even found a Laundromat 2 blocks from the hotel. If you drive plenty of parking on the street. Janet and David were very nice as well as the rest of the staff. The free Wi-Fi added more value to the price paid which in comparison to other big hotels is way less. Overall a great little hotel.

  I have stayed for over a month, and have extended my stay for two months more. Staff are extremely helpful and kind. clean facilities, comfortable beds, hot and clean showers and toilets, amazing chill out pool area, nice bar!!! Easy walk into town and waterfront! Hosts Catherine, Craig and Michael, always efficient, kind and available, make a great team. It is fair to say that Michael's breakfasts were one the highlights of my stay in Cape Town.
