  We liked the rooms and location. It was spacious and modern. If they could only build tennis court, squash court and have some other entertainment for the kids this hotel would be the best offering in Knysna. Lots of potential.   Great location - close to Waterfront and perfect view over the lagoon. Big rooms with nice bath/shower. You better take the room with lagoon view, e.g. on the upper floor. But if you don't make it for the room with lagoon view, breakfast area has perfect view as well. Breakfast was very good.
