  Stayed at this hotel for two days with my husband and baby. We arrived very early for check-in, and our room was not ready. We anticipated this, and just wanted to drop our bags off in the meantime. However, the staff decided to upgrade our room without us even asking!   letsbookhotel.com secured deposit of r600 and due to lateness of checkin this was not visible to owners so they charged the full amnt again. letsbookhotel.com did phone and apologise, however, we await the r600 to be reimbursed - Marion Lodge is a good place to stay if you're in Joburg.
