  Hedge House was great beyond our expectations. Jan and her family and staff (who are more like family) are all just wonderful- very helpful, friendly, welcoming. The breakfasts were full, cooked to order, and absolutely lovely and delicious- and different every day. I noticed this time that the same staff are still working there. I think this says a lot about staff turnover. The staff are very positive always happy to hep, nothing is ever to hard. I had an issue with a pick up being late and it was dealt with quickly and the transport manager was waiting for me to apologise for the error. This hotel is a beautiful place and when you are here you are treated as family, a pleasure staying

  We stayed in the Penthouse Suite for 3 nights. The stunning view from our windows and balcony were spectacular and encompassed Table Mountain behind and the bay in front. The suite was comfortable and clean, with tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge which was very useful for wine/water.   From the minute we arrived the service was impecable our car was parked no fuss, we were early for the book in but were offered a complimentary beverage whilst waiting and the pleasant surprise we were upgraded to a larger famiy room with the best mountain view ever the convenience of being connected to the shopping mall is also a plus the room ... 别人怎么说 » service was quick and the staff friendly the room amenities were great and the reataurants were out of this world....then breakfast came the buffet se - We were overnighting prior to a long flight the next day to Dubai/Kabul. This could not have been a nicer stay. Car parked, check in seamless, room very nice. Our view was an ocean view which was great. The convenience to the waterfront activities and shopping was excellent. Late night coffee and cake in front of the fireplace was superb. The breakfast buffet was possibly the best we have had, just fabulous. Staff were all on their game, excellent service.
