Balfour place is a hidden gem in Camps Bay. It has a stunning view of the sea and mountains. I would strongly recommend anybody who looks for some calm, but also prefers buzzing restaurants and beach in a short walk. The staff and Janet, the manager, was extremely helpful with all little specific requests. If I'm in Cape Town again, I'll definitely come back. The location in Camps Bay, the stunning view from the windows which you immediately notice when you enter the room. Beautiful room, comfy couch, flatscreen TV, bath and shower. Big common area downstairs with pooltable, TV and couch, swimming pool. Lovely kitchen and amazing breakfast.
所有评语 » We liked that it was closed to the waters edge and great restaurants you could enjoy in the evening. The staff was friendly, the guest house was comfortable. The morning continental breakfast was pleasant. Overall, a good place to stay. the terrace, overlooking the ocean and the table mountain+12 apostles, the comfort of the room, the position, very close to Camps Bay beach front. The staff, Porsha, is very kind and helpful. The view from our room was fabulous. Don't think you could ask for more in a perfect location. Room number 5 Huge balcony and very nice large room. Owner and her team were wonderful people. Beautiful room with stunning view over Camps Bay. We chose Balfour specifically for its close proximity to main Camps Bay area and its quick 1 min walk to the beach. When I walked into the room, well it was exactly like the picture I had seen when I booked it. The staff was great, very comfortable and great location!. Great location, fantastic views of the sea and mountains from every balcony, nice size pool and relaxation area, huge comfortable beds, great breakfast. Great view and great location for Camps Bay. Only a couple of minutes walk to the beach. Sheila and Janet are lovely and very helpful. Absolutely fantastic! You couldn't ask for a more perfect location, friendlier staff or a better room. Cold to stand on floor and no hanging for the towel by the sink. A lot of stairs without a lift which would not be recommended for those who are not mobile. the place, being basically a guest house is not always manned, and in my room, nr.4, the wi-fi didn't work. Wind. Never realized how strong it was in October!! Parking could be issue if all guests rented cars. Only other thing would be the stairs and no elevator, but well worth the climb. A fridge in the room would be a nice added touch. The balcony is shared with other rooms. Not really an issue, just a bit odd!. The only thing I really didn't enjoy was the fact that my stay came to an end. Access and difficult parking. Parking could be difficult.
