It is a nice play to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the City, yet close enough to get there within 15 minutes. I decided on staying at the Hard Rock Hotel at rws last year, when I saw the way the hotel was designed and dressed up. I liked the deco and the open concept bar in the lobby. Room-wise, it is functional. Families with one or two young children will like the extra pull out bed. If you join the two twin beds together, you will get a really huge bed which can easily accommodate .
所有评语 » The room was spacious with the awesomely comfortable bed.. Absolutely in love with the bathroom. Staff were friendly, always greeting me and fiance when we walked past them.. My request for a cake to be sent to the room exactly at 12midnight for my fiance's birthday was amazingly carried out by the staff. Really impressed as I thought they would probably forgotten about it. Swimming pool was fantastic, very clean. For the fact that the hotel provides sports channel as well, that is a plus point. The staff are excellent, and very attentive. We had a conversation with the guy at check in for quite some time before actually heading to our room. The bed is ultimate comfort and the room was cosy with good air conditioning. The location of the resort is great, five minute walk to hard rock cafe and universal studios, and transport to the main city. We really enjoyed our stay here. The man-made beach was extreme fun for the kids and they wanted to spend all their time there. The beach is well maintained and no tidal waves means added security for parents with young kids who wanted both sand and water. Location was excellent and in close proximity to main attractions. Bed linen was very comfy, the staff very friendly and helpful. They even doesn't take 5 minutes to help with my luggage. I got non smoking and corner room as requested and that was excellent. The view straight to the pool and got big balcony. Location is next to sea, uss, and restaurant. Superb location near the Uuniversa l Studio. Very clean and has strong design elements. Good tv stereo in the room. Great view overlooking Sentosa and the sea. Complimentary uss and Maritim museum tickets for guests checked in on certain days makes the the booking extremely economical. We like the menu during the buffet, room is very clean, relaxing and stylish. The staff were accommodating esp Mr. Yosuff in the Cafeteria he surprised my daughter's bday by giving her a small cake w/ a candle. Simple things like this makes Hard Rock Hotel #1. Check in and out was ok. The room was nice with good aminities. The pull our bed is good especially if u bring a young children. I think they should provide free wifi for being a 5 star hotel. Breakfast was fair and nice. Overall enjoy our stay in Hard Rock. I have a great experience with Hard Rock Hotel Singapore. Staff was really friendly, helpful. The room was nicely decorated, clean. The beach pool was great, my toddler loves played in the pool. We had a good time stayed at this hotel. This hotel has amazing variety pools. My daughter love its very much. In room amenities also a plus point e.g : iPod dock, extra speaker for TV, news paper. The hotel close to universal studio & SEA Aquarium. Room is big enough and has balcony. Easy access to uss and other parks. Offers free transfer to and from Vivo city/Harbourfront station. We love the pool, its huge. Staff members are friendly and accomodating. Excellent location, hotel staffs are friendly and check-in was fast. My wife and two kids really enjoyed and were very happy with the room that we hv stayed. Btw this was my second time staying at this hotel. Sentosa is generally the tourist destination of Singapore. Hard Rock Hotel has an amazing man-made beach and the pool area is generally huge. The lobby is very pop-culutre and the staff are very friendly. I arrived fairly late and had only booked a room with a view of the pool and when I got there, they upgraded me to the presidential suite, which was a very nice bonus after my 8 hour flight. Love the pool area. Fantastic area for the kids. Location is perfect for a trip to Universal studios. Love the Sky train to Vivo shopping mall. Loved our room overlooking the dolphin pools. The location is great, the swimming pool and the bar is really cool, staff are very friendly, with their smile all the time. It was a pleasure to stay there. ---Super fan of Hard Rock. everything especially the package that they offering room + tickets of USS, adventure cove and marjne time museum :) so awesome for a cheap price --- we will be back again :) love it. The facilities in the room was perfect - own coffee machine with top grade coffee and tea selection , the iPod dock to play your own songs , the massive bath tub . The crane dance show. The swimming pool with the sand beach. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Shopping and places of interest just within walking distance. Well linked to rest of resortworld Sentosa, and guests of hotel could enjoy discount at shop and restaurant. Swimming pool was big and cater to all ages. The ambiance of the place & the room is real nice. Even the music being played is nice. Different from other hotels that I've stayed in before. Hetel near Universal studio etc.. swiming pool excelllent, children will happy.. breakfast OK. TV with TV cable excellent also sound system nice. Everything was great the accom /pool / breakfast and position of the resort was great very easy to get around. Too much to do not enough time. I like all ficilities really very good place for anybody.I will reapt resevation whenever has a chance in foture.I recomanded it for any one. staff very friendly & accommodative. request was given without any questions asked. Be sure to leave Resorts world and visit Palawan Beach, gorgeous!. The simple yet posh interior designing of the room, the drain in the bathroom (smart design) and the view from the room. Location is great as very central! Pool is wonderful, maybe an adults only area would be nice so no kids splashing you?. location is perfect, near to the universal studio, also have a lot of dining locations, very convenient. The room is quite spacious with two queen sized beds and a pull out bed. views from rooms was excellent and facilities were completely satisfying. Good choice for parent- child trip with a nice swimming pool. The whole experience of staying at the hotel was fantastic. Very fast check-out. Staff are nice and helpful in overall. There could be a security issue since outsiders can easily access the guests' floors without any keycard verification like most other hotels would have. No free WiFi, unfortunately. One of the staff at the towel counter at the pool did not know what to do when I reported that a flush in the toilet was flushing uncontrollable and was wasting water. Luckily, the concierge was able to take the information and he got the maintenance guys to fix the flush. Long queue for checking in. Hotel should do something about this. I reached at 3pm but only got to check in at 4ish pm. Requested for early check in but no news from them.. They should also provide shuttle bus to go vivocity direct from hotel. This would be a plus point since im sure alot of tourists/locals would want to go vivo but unable to do so as its far, and if it rains, there wasnt any other way to walk to the tram station from the hotel without getting yourself wet. Only minor things to be negative about. We ordered toast on our breakfast room service and weren't given any butter! We also called for our tray to be collected and the lady on the phone didn't understand us, she kept asking us to make an order and simply couldn't understand us. Towels and bedding were at bare minimum (spartan),as we requested for extra towels and pillows but could only get 1 extra each. Extra ones would have made the stay even better. The light very dim at the lobby. Breakfast menu not much variety, but the taste is good. The hotel is in the same building with many other hotels in the sentosa resort. The building is like a maze and very hard for you to find the right direction and entrance to Hard Rock! There's no escalator from the resort's mall area to the hotel building which is quite annoying when you have heavy luggage. Maybe free movies to watch and Wifi. No free wifi. Nothing. Lobby a little bit dark. No free wifi & no breakfast include with room price. No wifi access. The bathroom design is really not very 5-star. The bathroom should always be separate/ segregated from the bedroom. I guess this was done to maximize on space but come on, you're supposed to be a high rated hotel. Don't sell yourself short for the bathroom. Hard pillows. none. --- its far away from the center city but who cares if you just want to stay at sentosa??. The Television in the room was not working well The toilet seat don't have eco washer The room is not too clean, it's a bit dusty. The staff could be a little friendlier to the locals . Yes it could be because few locals actually book a room in this hotel but it would be good to have the same treatment towards foreigners . Hallways were dimly lit. No bathtub. Price too high... try to get price with package ticket to USS etc.. That we only stayed 2 nights not longer. nothing. nothing that I didn't like about this place. The checkin was very very slow due to room not ready! We only got into the room at 5pm though we checked in at 1pm!they should at least offer some complimentary drinks. Dark corridor. Staff not very helpful in guiding about activities around the hotel ( maybe it was a busy season). Breakfast buffet had very restrictive choices. Not well signposted from MRT station. Restaurant not well designed for an incredibly busy breakfast service. No free WiFi. Breakfast not included, pool bar closes too early and far walk from the lift to the room. 3pm check in had only 1 receptionists and a queue of people trying to check in. Our room was not ready at 3pm check-in. Perhaps more staff at pool bar as service was slow!. the rest room is a little bit smaller, comparing to the five-stars hotel standard. Check in lobby is rather too dim. no free wifi. lacking halal food, only a few inside universal studio. The price of food and beverages in the hotel. No free shutter bus for local to go out to other place out from Sentosa. so expensive. Breakfast has very limited options. The bathroom mixer. chargeable wifi. Room too small Cleanliness. Carpets needs a bit more cleaning. 1. No free wifi. 2. Three times I tried to call the front desk (twice to change a bulb, and once to arrange a wake up call) there was no answer. Double-bed room was not available even though I booked it. The directed access to hotel from Sentosa Express is going through staircase which is very inconvenient to guests, or you have to pass through the exhibition centre which is very poorly demonstrated. Very dim lighting which is not suitable for family with children but good for couples, honeymoon.
