Fantastic resort!!! Excellent customer service, all staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We arrived very early in the morning and check in was not until 2pm we were able to check into our room 2 hours prior to our check in time and were offered a free upgrade which we were very grateful for. Fabulous view from level 8, clean room,comfortable bed. Hotel pool was closed for maintenance but we were able to use the facilities at the Hard Rock Hotel which were fabulous.Sentosa Island is 30 min.
所有评语 » Festive Hotel is one of the hotels in the heart of Sentosa. The family room has a little loft bed for the kids. Both our children 8 and 5 slept up there together. When we were looking for a last minute place to stay in Singapore we found the Festive Hotel for 45% off the normal price during a 4 night stay during the week (be aware the price they show is excluding the taxes unlike the other hotels which include the taxes in the price). We would NOT have stayed at the hotel at it's original price. My kids and I liked our room as it had a bunkbed for my adult child and a big bed for me and my younger child. The location was also perfect as the tourist attractions were easily accessible and convenient. Free access to monorail was also of big help. Savings on transportation expense and time as it allowed us to visit the Sentosa area with ease. The stores open for 24 hours at The Forum, was very convenient. Any kind of food is available anytime. I just hope that a small convenient store be . Everything that you need is within the resort, and only a short walk from hotel to restaurants, attractions, and transport. So convenient, and such a positive vibe about the whole place. Staff were always friendly and happy to assist. You can enjoy the restaurants, pools and facilities at all 3 resorts, and you can also charge meals to your room from the attractions. We had an amazing stay, and were even able to securely leave our bags after checkout, and gain access to the pool area for show. Location on sentoza was good. We liked the concept of the family room, however if they know that you r travelling as 4 dont set the room up for 3. The bathroom is quite big but the toilet takes up far too much room to the detriment of your bench space. Staff r nice. Depending on where your room is can make staying here unbearable. Our room was facing the hard rock hotel right near their stage for very loud bands that play till really late into the night. We moved after 2 nights and it was. It is a great location for a short getaway from the busy city life we are having. Although Festive Hotel is located at the heart of RWS Sentosa, it was quiet yet safe at night. We love the space we had in the deluxe room and the lovely balcony where we could have a lovely sight of the scenery around the hotel. I thought it was thoughtful of the hotel to have a clothes rack in each room as most of us would most likely have a swim. The hotel staff was very friendly and thoughtful as well. 1. staff are friendly and helpful 2. i stayed at family room, they have 1 king size bed, 1 nicely designed bunk bed, and 1 sofa bed, it's enough for my kids to have nice sleep 3. location is near the mall, festive walk (malaysian street food is one of the best food court) 4. location is just 5 minute walk to universal studio singapore, and to monorail. 5. check in and check out is very simple and no queueing (even with small lobby with no waiting seat). about everything. Bed was large and comfy, though a bit too soft for my liking but still okay. My son enjoyed his loft bed, away from me and with privacy. A good size bathroom for a change with room to move. Great they supplied non slip mat for the bath/shower and a stool to help with getting in and out of the bath. Great views of the harbour and cable cars. Easy access to the many eateries, Universal World, Casino, Aquarium and much more. We were there to celebrate my friend's birthday and we definitely welcome the Deluxe Family room with open arms. The concept of the Deluxe Family rooms were definitely something new to us. It could sleep 7 of us comfortably - 3 on the king sized bed, 2 on the bunk bed and another 2 on the sofa bed. The staff there were helpful as when I requested for tape, they gave one to me readily and could also freeze the birthday cake for us when asked to. We booked Festive Hotel as the rooms were a good size and had an additional sofa bed. At check in, the hotel gave us a free upgrade from a deluxe room to a family room which was very thoughtful. The family room was great, sufficiently spacious with a loft bed for the kids on top of a sofa bed. Complimentary drinks options included TWG tea (great for me) and milo (great for the kids). The kids also enjoyed the pool and the water playground. We loved the location, being able to walk to Sentosa attractions, being so close to the mainland but being out of the way, it really was perfect for our family holiday. The staff, especially the front desk supervisor, check in staff could not have been more helpful, especially when we wanted to change rooms, nothing was too much trouble. We really appreciated that. The concierges were always well informed and really helpful. Stayed 6 nights with my wife at the festive hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the attentiveness and professionalism of the staff, the size of the room and the proximity to all important facilities and attractions. We had planned to spend almost no time on Sentosa but ended up not leaving as everything we wanted was right on our doorstep, perfect location and hotelfor families as well as couples. Great location. It was slightly cheaper thansone of the other resorts but regardless very nice. The pool was nice, but the pool located next door at the Hard Rock resort was much bigger and nicer and you could also use this! We would definitely come back here if stopping over in Singapore. We caught cab from airport - definitely way to do it. Only S$20-25. Family room was great for young kids, location was perfect with use of Hard Rock pool next door, Universal Studios, SEA and watercove park all an easy walk. Close to free monorail to beach or mall. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Overall one of our best experiences at a family but very high quality hotel. Great value for us, well be back!. The front desk staff was very courteous and has good knowledge of the facilities at the resort. Rooms were also readily allocated and we were given our room within 15 min. Well done! The family room suits my needs of having one teenager and a toddler. Though the steps to the upper tier bed was quite steep. For a family one of the best things about the Festive Hotel was being located in the Resort World complex. Within walking distance you had the Aquarium, the Water World and Universal Studios. The kids would have been happy to spend their entire stay within Resort World. Like all of Singapore it was very clean and tidy. It was ideally located within the Sentosa complex making access to activities and numerous restaurants very quick and simple. Hotel nice and quiet. The family room was well done, although ideally only for one child. The proximity of the hotel to Universal studios and sentosa Island was perfect. The kids loved their loft beds and our bed was very comfortable too. The staff were friendly and helpful, I asked for a late check out and the receptionist was very accomodating. Location is perfect for those going to Singapore to enjoy the activities and sights of Sentosa and Universal Studios. Going aroung the city is not much of a problem coz of the monorail service to Vivo City (where SMRT station, taxis and buses are available). room is so spacious and have a very nice view of the place. the kids enjoyed the view specially at night when the cable cars are lighted.concierge staffs are all accmmodating and i didn't have a hard time making schedules for places to bring my grandchildren. 1) The hotel provides baby cot at no additional fee that is a value-added service. It is hard to find a hotel that will provide such service. 2) The sharp corners of the bed were child-proof, a safety and welcome feature for couples travelled with toddlers. Loved the bunk bed for my child in the family suite. Switched on the tv and there was a welcome message addressing me - which I thought was a thoughtful touch. Housekeeping was quick and polite. Watercooler and vending machine near the lift lobby. The location is fantastic. Easy to get to all Sentosa attractions. When you want to get off the Island just grab the monorail over to Harbour town and grab subway to other Singapore attractions. Room was great with the kids loving the bunk bed. Staff went out of their way to accommodate us when we asked to move rooms twice due to building work noises. Pool was lovely, pool towels available daily & friendly staff. Rooms exceptionally clean, new bedding every day!. The hotel caters for families. I like the bed configuration that accommodates 2 young kids. A balcony with clothes rack outside. Complimentary passes to Universal Studio, Waterpark and SEA Aquarium. Adult breakfast included. easy access to all the activities that sentosa can offer; also we booked the family room where my sons loooved the upper bed; our room had a clear view of the cable cars where my younger son thought it was a UFO at night!. I stayed with my family for 3 nights. The staff is very friendly and co-operative. Beautiful kids room. Just walking distance to many entertaining places for childs and adults. I prefer to stay here again with my family. Booked the Family Room for two and am very happy with the room. Spacious enough for two, cleanliness was way acceptable and comfort was great too! Bathroom was rather spacious too and was actually hoping for a bath tub. - polite and helpful staff - convenient location inside Sentosa Island resort, close to Vivo City mall and MRT Harbourfront station - elevators are quick and roomy - comfortable Family room - complimentary monorail pass. Festive Hotel in the centre of Sentosa world and is therefore close to all activities within the resort world. Transport readily available to get to Singapore and it's activities. A hotel with all the essentials. Great location, walking distance to all attractions, and food outlets. Smooth booking. Checking in and out was easy. Staff were friendly and gave the personal touch to the stay. Room was spacious, and comfortable. Room was big and comfortable. The fact that it's in Sentosa covers all. Kids love it. There's plenty choices of restaurants around, from Mc Donald's to Hardrock Cafe plus easy access to Vivo City and MRT Station. The family package was great - which includes free breakfast and 3 top attractions for 2 adults...the room was superb my daughter Ashlie enjoyed the upper bed...it is the best location for a fun filled holiday!!!. Remember that the pool on sister hotel Hard rock Hotel is accessible for guest on Festive, and this pool area is way bigger and better. I have actually book the Festive Hotel and later being upgraded to the Rock Hotel. Is a very nice and clean hotel where have nice pool view. The dinner buffet is nice and the waiteress are friendly. The room design and the flexibility of the staff to allow me for an early check-in (at 1.30 pm) rather than 3 as I told her (Stella if I am not mistaken) I had a meeting at 2 pm. Very thoughtful!. - I love everything about Festive Hotel - Don't forget to ask at the reception for ticket for unlimited ride on Sentosa Express -They got ice-cube machine at every floor located behind the lift. My grand daughter had fun with her loft bed..the lightings n color interiors were excellent...the lady on the conceirge was so accomodating to guide us of practical scheds on our fun hopping... Everything! From arrival, the comfortable beds, the breakfast buffet, the location, the shops, the attractions up to check out. The staff service is very professional. Very recommended!. Excellent location with a resort feeling .The hotel offers a shared room next door where you can rest and shower if the plane gets in early and it is too early for check in. Everything at this hotel was great. I especially liked the loft bed tucked around the corner from the very soft and comfortable king bed. The room is spacious for a family. i like the idea that is near to festive walk where there's a lot of shops around, whether to buy gifts or to eat and it's significantly near to Universal Studios Singapore. All I would say is if you are visiting Singapore for leisure purposes then Festive Hotel is the place to be. I just love it and can’t wait to visit this hotel once again. Fantastic location. Facilities at Resorts World were great so didn't even notice the hotel renovations going on that mean the hotel's restaurant and gym were closed. I like that the location has everything..and that the staff are very helpful...having Pinoys there helped a lot..it has easy access to Universal Studios and Vivo City. Its near with the Universal Studio Singapore, Sea Aquarium and Adventure Cove... The deluxe family room is very comfortable and my son enjoy the stay at the hotel... Front desk staff are knowledgeable and very helpful especially if you are new in the area. A very nice presentation of the room.. Kids enjoy the design of the room. The rooms were clean well maintained easy access to everything front desk stuff were amazing the pool clean and well maintained the interior deco was really special. Remember to ask for a non smoking floor, as we didn't and ended up on a smoking floor which was not pleasant at times. Also, when travelling with 2 children and needing the extra fold out bed, ask for a doona or duvet, as all we received was a sheet and we had to ask for blankets. Also the pillows aren't kid friendly (too lofty). Oops didnt see this, mentioned in the other column. If room is close to the hard rock then it is awful. Loud bands playing all night. 1. the colour combination of the room is too gloomy (dark red, dark blue, dark brown). i think, for family room with orchid accent, it should be more light colour or pastels. I felt that the room and the passage could have had a few more lights otherwise I was a very happy with our stay. The fridge was too small for us to keep the cake in and the size of the room could be a bit bigger. The room configurations were not ideal for two older children - 15 and 12. We made enquiries when we were first booking about family room space. The family suite was perfect, but kids needed to share the sofa bed. Would have been handy to have had access to a roller bed. Only complaint is the shower head was leaky, but since I never mentioned it to staff I can't be too hard as I'm sure they probably could have fixed it but was really a minor issue. After rooms cleaned no towels provided. Had to ring each day to get them. Internet not free and be careful,the charge is per device. Nothing. The breakfast queue was super long. After waiting for long, we had to share table with another family. Then we realize that the food was not halal. Maybe the hotel could look into having a halal certified spread or separate the non-halal food so that the Muslims patrons can still enjoy the breakfast. Family room was really only designed for one child. 2nd child slept on rollaway which then cluttered the floor making access to cupboards difficult. The pool area wasn't great. It lacked atmosphere. From our room we could see the Hard Rock Hotel pool and that looked great, there was music and a pool bar which our hotel didn't have. Some room fixtures show signs of wear inspite of the hotel being only 1+ years old. TV doesn't respond to remote properly. none at all. 1) Found a palm print (likely from dirt) behind the door of the restroom. Other than that, the rest were clean. The carpet felt dusty and dirty, but then it could be just me cos Ive got a sensitive nose. Buffet breakfast has limited variety and items were not being replenished quick enough. Had to ring housekeeping a few times to get sheets for the fold out sofa. Restaurant was newly opened and more like a cafeteria than restaurant. No hotel/pool bar or bar/restaurant food. On the plus side we were allowed to use Hard rock pool which did have a bar and bar food. Nothing. Although children's breakfast could have been included. The check-in counter staffs definitely can be friendlier. - inconvenient area for shuttle service - unreliable shuttle service schedule. There was no gym. I was told to go to Hard Rock Hotel, which was a hassle, so I didn't go to gym. Parking was difficult and directions to Festive Hotel were not obvious in the carpark or at RWS. The carpark was too big and we found ourselves lost, but lucky there was a shuttle cart which took us to the right exit. No complimentary wi-fi for guests. The family room is too small for children 9 and 12 years old like ours. We upgraded to a suite, and got a bigger room. But for the children there is only a bed sofa that is hard and way to small for children like ours. The hotel can not provide extra beds. Maybe also the rooms are in need for a redecoration as they are beginning to look a little worn out. The only things in the Hard Rock Hotel is the lobby area lighting is quite deem. And also the room never come with the bath robes. 2ndly that would prefer the hotel to have free access the wifi, As charging for about S$5 plus per hour is consider quite expensive. To few bench available for guests to sit while waiting for check-in. - The hotel already charged my card before arrival at hotel, but when I arrived at the hotel, I insist to pay cash and asked them to reverse the payment on my card but they said they can't do anything about it (to reverse the payment). - So ashamed of you, 5 stars hotel can't provide free internet. Even the 2 stars hotels can provide the internet service for free. Should have stayed for a week at least! Sad to say, our stay was not long enough.... Initial room bathroom was filthy, got moved Charged my card twice then took 10 days to credit it back Long queue for breakfast, no chef to cook eggs - not good enough for a resort. No free wi fi. The sofa bed in the family room is not suitable for an adult to sleep on.,No linen was provided for it anyway. It would be handy to have a couple of rails in the bathroom to hang clothes. Maybe a pull out line. there were some water stains on the sink and one of the curtains were spoilt and they didn't really repair it although it could still work, not really the example of a 5-star hotel. Room was quite dark and in need of a spruce up. The hotel should provide complimentary wifi since the hotel are quite costly.. Outside staff (re taxi helper) didn't give us too much info. Taxi drivers are the ones who told us that we can avail of the coach/bus if you we would like to tour around the island. Internet should be reviewed the price is ok but one should have an option if the want to suspend it its hard to buy 24hrs internet and stay in the room for 24hrs just for the internet.......atleast the lobby should should be complementary internet , so the hostel could be convenient to should one be travelling for leisure and business and my money was help from my cc am still waiting for it to reflect back to my balance.
