  Everything was great as usual. I stay in this hotel every time I travel through Moscow to Europe. Staff is very helpfull and friendly, rooms are clean and have big space, rooms also have slippers and bathrobes which is quite important for the comfort in general. I was positively surprised about this nice hotel, its renovated and refurbished incl rooms, restaurant and reception. Rooms and bathroom are modern, space is OK and its quiet.   Staff was very helpful. They checked on the terminal for my flight, printed out my boarding pass at the front desk when the lobby printer didn't work and arranged a wake-up call. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms were extremely quiet. Two bottles of water provided free-of-charge in the room.
