The lady who arranged transportation to get us from Sibiu to Bucharestwas either not sure of herself or arranged to have a car take us, whilequite nice and polite, - we felt that this was our worse experience inRomania - we felt that we were gouged financially - paid up front 1.5-2times what the rate should have been.
