We loved every moment of our stay here! The hotel staff impressed us the most with the fact that the park handler was informed about our arrival and was waiting for a car from our regional plates;)) Friendly is an understatement regarding the attitude of the staff. Great location, also. Fantastic for short or long family or business trips. Highly recommended!. Great location near the city center, clean and spacious room, friendly and helpful staff, nothing to complain about ! The hotel does not have a restaurant, but you will find a lot of pretty good choices a 5-minutes walk away.
所有评语 » Very friendly staff, great room (big, modern, very comfortable), nice location (very close to the city center, and pretty easy to find). A great place to stay in Cluj for a reasonable price. I stayed in a suite which was spacious with plenty of natural light during the day, and a wonderful view day and night. Staff was very courteous. Very nicely located hotel. Fridge was the definition of mini and was filled with items for purchase. No room to put even a bottle of water in it. When I pay for a suite I expect at the very least a fridge. Finding the parking area was a bit tricky - but the friendly staff assisted. The view from my room wasn't amazing, but let that be the only downside :)). Nothing!. The elevator was not working in the day when I arrived (but the staff carried my luggage upstairs; got fixed afterwards). Nothing ... One of the slowest elevators - ever. Sound isolation between rooms could be better. There is no outside sitting area, the lobby is uninteresting and small, you cannot meet and spend time with friends in the hotel except in the room. It would be nice if they would use the restaurant as a lounge area when not used for breakfast. Extremely slow elevator. No slippers, the bad was big but it had two mattresses. The elevator didn't work for 3 days (when i left the hotel it was still out of order). The access to the rooms was on a cold emergency exit. Everything was just perfect. Breakfast mediocre. Current building work obscured signs - taxi driver drove round for 20 minutes looking for hotel due to lack of visibility. No complaints. thin walls. - not enough water pressure for the shower - bed sheet too small. Not all appliances are in top condition. The escalator didn't work.
