This hotel is in an excellent location, only a 5 minute walk from the main square and tourist attractions. Just around the corner is a large shopping mall ( Galeria Dominikanska ) and tram stops. The staff at this hotel are friendly and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel itself was very good value for money. I was given a twin room even though I was traveling alone and hadn't asked for one! The room was a good size with usual facilities, although there is no air condition.
所有评语 » The Staff is is very good and helping. I had to stay a full day in the Hotel because of rainfall duringmy trip. But the hotel was so cozy and homely that It was very good to stay even in Hotel room for a long day. The location of the hotel is Superb and very near to almost all the places to visit in Wroclaw. The Breakfast is also very good, rooms are clean and time-to-time serviced. It is a great value for the money I paid for the stay. I checked out very early to catch a flight and the receptionist had prepared a breakfast for me to take away. Very thoughtful and unexpected - thanks... Also, location was very central, easy to access stare mistro. Prime location in city centre, just 5 mins walk to centre square, all tourist attractions and great shopping centre is just across the road. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were OK. The hotel was great. Location, cleanliness, comfort and breakfast were all to good standards. I liked the 'oriental' feel, a bit different when you're in Poland! Would definitely stay here again. Perfect central location, close to all the sights, Old Town Sq, shopping, late night going out, bars etc! Good breakfast, very nice and polite staff...what else do you need? :). Location. I didn't have any noisy guests in the rooms next to me, but the walls in the rooms are a bit thin. That's it, everything else was fine!. After so much pushing, I actaully dont remember what I didn't like for this Hotel. Room unfortunately lacks minibar, kettle, fridge, safe or iron. You could expect some of these features in 3-star hotel. The walls were quite thin. I could hear the bathroom fans in the other rooms which woke me up, and my neighbours alarm at 6am... A bit cold as the heating was off but only for two days...(November). Poor furniture in room. Thin mattras. Uncomfortable bed. Tinny and flimsy shower stall. I didn't enjoy being woken at 2am by the garbage collectors on both nights I stayed there. A radio and kettle would have been nice to have in the room, as well as access to and English TV station. Also access to a computer with internet would have been good. Tv was in the living room not in the bedroom but not there to watch polish tv so wasn't too bad . The breakfast can be more kinds of food, for example fruit, not every day the same. No tea and coffee making facilities. a bit noise from the street at night. Bathroom smelled weirdly..A bit noisy outside. rooms a little bit rough quality of materials used for furniture in rooms. Nothing. Breakfast could be better. I payed extra for espresso. Street bit loud which makes necessary to keep window close. A large corporate hotel. bedrooms a bit dated. All tv channels are in polish. - no organized parking for cars. the furninute in room is OK but bathroom is very simple and needs renovation. No air conditioning. Even opening the windows didn't help in the very warm weather. Short beds. The fact that there are no fridges in the room, and constant sewer smell in the bathroom, but this was the case in some other places in the city, so maybe Wroclaw has a general problem, not sure...
