  This hotel is outstanding. It's new and located in the upscale part of Krakow. The manager and his staff were incredibly helpful. I hired one of the staff on her off-hours to translate for us when we went to visit my 82 year old mother's ancestral home. It was a very special few days at this hotel for my 82 year old parents and I. The staff juggled rooms to insure my handicapped 82 year old parents maintained their first floor room despite not having availability for the additional nite. My mother is blind and my father can barely walk. I love the staff because they made this juggling act transparent to my parents.

  The hotel was close to the airport which was the main reason to stay. There is an hourly public bus service to the airport. There was plenty of space for free parking as we had a hire car.   Very nice place to stay. We even got a ride to the airport the following morning which was amazing. Very good if you need a place near the airport - Who need wait to airport it's good forsleeping
