Position of hotel
The friendliness and warmth of the hotel staff (Kamila and the team) were fantastic. We have stayed in lots of hotels in the past 10 years, and they were easily the best.
This was a lovely place to stay; we had a large room and deck; lovely breakfasts and very nice people. We booked three different hotels through your agency and this was the nicest, and they were all comparable in price.
There was a smell that I think had to do with smokers in the hotel and that was the one problem we had with the accommodations
Central location. Good connection via bus or tram. Free WLAN.
My bed was squeaking heavily. With closed windows it was quite warm in the night, with opened windows it was noisy due to several pubs in the street (even on Monday and Tuesday!).
The hotel staff was very friendly.
The room was small. We did not get a hotel invoice of the charges when we checked out.

Bathroom a bit cramped. Needs a comfortable chair in bedroom.
Hotel staffs were allways with smile and helpful. Breakfast was good. They brewed and served coffee one by one.
It was a little noisy even when windows were closed at nigtht. But I could sleep well anyway. It is sort of tradeoff for convenient location.
