Maria, the host, stayed in touch, helped us all the way and organized everything. Her support was precious - I'm sure the ordinary hotel would not get into our troubles.   Excellent location: the hostel is a few minutes on foot from Old town and 15 minutes on foot from bus/train station. The staff was friendly and kind. We arrived early and we were accepted.
