Staff was very friendly. The cafe downstairs was a nice place to sit and have a drink. Rooms were clean and comfortable. As mentioned in other reviews, they do not clean and change linen or towels during your stay (we stayed 4 nights), but this was O.K. with us. The location was wonderful. 10 minute stroll to the main square, and about 5 minutes to the castle. Fantastic value for money! We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we returned to Krakow!.
所有评语 » It was amazing value for money. The cafe/reception was one of my favourite things in Krakow with great food, drink and prices and the atmosphere was second to none. The staff were SO nice and the rooms are warm, clean and comfortable. I have stayed here twice and will stay here again for sure. Location was brilliant - minutes from the castle, the market square, the river and the tour bus pick up point. Great coffee in the coffee shop where they also served a continental breakfast. The staff was very polite and helpful :) the rooms were spacious and clean, done up very well The location is par excellence The cafe downstairs is one of the prettiest I have seen. Original setting, good big room with fridge. Very good if you are not a conventional hotel-goer. Friendly staff. Slightly noisy (but not much) at night (close to a bigger road). My fiance and I commonly stay at 'The Indalo Rooms' when in Krakow. We love the location to the castle and Townsquare. The rooms are quaint and inviting and are perfect for us!. The girl at reception is very very nice and helpful. Centrally located. Just a few minutes from centre. Clean and has the basic necessities. Did not have anything to grumble. It was wonderful to stay there. The location is perfect, staff was very friendly. The room was made in a very happy style. We were pleased to be there. The only thing which bothered us was the noise of the train, and you have to close the balcony door 'cause otherwise you won't be able to sleep. Noisy with trolley/tram near by. The street noise. Breakfast was a little poor, you can not choose from many things, but it was decent The bed sheets were not white, they where colored but clean. Our non-smoking room stank of smoke. The tram and the cars on the tram tracks were very noisy and woke us early in the morning.
