  The staff were extremely helpful and friendly from the moment that the booking was made. Light Evening Meal is good and not just 'light'. Breakfast spread is good and they server you hot fried eggs. Recommended for family. You can buy Oslo Pass from the hotel. A number of eating joints close by.

I interacted with several of them over three days both to change rooms (I asked if I could move to the front) and due to a lost baggage issue I was having with the airline. Finding the hotel is easy, it's next to Stortinget in the centre of Oslo. They responded - Perfect central location. 1 minute from the Parliament, 3 minutes to the Town Hall and harbour. Less than 10 min walk from main train station. Free wi-fi included, plus 2 PCs in the lobby connected to a printer, so we managed to check in and print our boarding passes on our last day.
