  They were kind to us, though I got wrong booking date. Nice breakfast I always complain about the lack of hot water in hotel but this one has very hot shower haha - The hotel is located in a quiet area and close to Frogner Garden. The staff were helpful and made necessary arrangemets for us to check in outside normal hours.

  This is probably my new favorite hotel in the world. So many good things to say, I'll try to keep it short: - The staff at the desk was friendly - and so helpful. Their dinner recommendations were right on when we asked for an affordable dinner - The rooms are decorated nicely and I felt like I was staying in luxury - The shower - wow. I almost fell over the first morning when I came - An absolutely great hotel. A very good value-clean, spacious rooms, great breakfast, located about 1 mile from the city sightseeing center, free coffee and outstanding, friendly and knowledgeable staff. All of their recommendations for restaurants were excellent. I research all my hotels before a stay and this was right on target. I would highly recommend it to anybody. My wife says it made the trip. I agree!

  The Thon Hotel Gyldenlove is just 10 minutes on foot to the centre. The staff were very nice. The breakfast is very good.   We loved the area around Frogner House Apt. Classic historical low buildings, lots of small shops and the tram to downtown. Our corner room was lovely, with space for four: mom and three 15-year old girls. Big TV and Kitchen. Right around the corner there is a shop open 7-23 and 10 meters further a shop open all night. on 2 min walking distance to the busstop to the center. Nice and safe neighboorhood. Pharmacy around the corner. Some shops in the neighbouring streets. 307 is a large studio in olive and purple with unique old stove. 412 is "large hotelroom size" with green/ brown colors, and a balcony.
