Everything was good. The staff was very helpful.
Nothing to complain about. Note the stairs are very steep - may be difficult for those who are not too fit.
Very central location in the city centre, fairly clean and spacious appartment, comfortable bed. Staff is not in the hotel, but could be reached by phone and was helpful.
Shower too small (either you get wrapped in the shower curtain or the bathroom gets drenched).
The hotel is perfect for young couples on vacation. The self check-in system works well provided you arrive when you are supposed to, i.e. between 14:00-18:00.
I was not on vacation, which means I was not flexible about my schedule, which means I could not check in between 14:00-18:00, which means my stuff got temporarily confiscated because I had left it there before the check-in time. This was a major nuisance because there is no staff at the hotel and you have to call them up. The staff is very easy going, perhaps a little too easy going. Therefore, all procedures (getting an invoice, etc.) are very lengthy.
Mini-kitchen is available, it is clean, staff was responsive to some minor problems.
Very steepy stairs to climb, it was noisy from the tram and the street in the weekend.
Excellent service in a clean environment at the city centre. Very cost effective. Excellent rooms with more than exepected facilities in the studio apartment. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel appartment...

Excellent location, right in the middle of town. The room had all the basic needs. You could chck in late without any issus.
The steepest stairs I have ever seen. With big luggage this would have been difficult to climb up a mountain.
The place was really comfortable, I enjoyed that I could cook.
A litter noisy. It can be heared when neighbors go upstairs or downstairs.
The overall concept is really good: small studio, perfect for one or two people. One can cook there, it's close to the centre, wi-fi is free (didn't test it, so don't know how it works). Practical, simple, convenient.
There was NO HOT WATER in the morning. In the evening I could actually wash some dishes with warm water so it never occured to me that this would happened. In the morning, when I was about to take a shower, I realised only cold water was available. Going to work without a shower or with a cold one is definitely a no-no. Also the overall temperature of the facility was quite low. As someone else referred, also I found some left-overs from previous guests (shower gel and sopa packages).
Lots of supplies like the kitchen utensils.
