  Location is fantastic. It's in the heart of the city, 5 minutes walk to a tram (not that you need it!) 10 minutes walk to the Dam/shopping area. Absolutely spot on. High standard of accommodation, comfortable sofa, quality furniture, lovely bathroom, well equipped in terms of TV, kitchen utensils, towels, bedding etc. Loved the view! It is very nicely decorated and comfortable. it was very cold when we arrived and our host had the heating switched on,nice touch. It is in a great location, within walking distance of the main sights and there are lovely shops and cafes around the corner. Will definitely stay here again.

  The staff was always helpful. They were very nice. Room is cleaned once a week and you receive fresh towels and linen once a week. If you travel alone this absolutely ok. Room was always cleaned very good. They have some wellness facilities, which are nice to use for a short workout or relaxation. The washing machine area is open 24 hours.   Host was very welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed. Amazing apartment, very much of a bespoke open plan environment.   Very stylish and comfortable apartment in a very good location. We stayed there for 8 days and felt ourself as at home. The owner of the apartment Geert-Jan was very friendly and helped us everything we needed. I was on a business trip, but plan to go back in the Spring with my wife. Paul and Patricia were terrific in helping out and providing advice. Great service!

  It's a really a great place to stay at in Amsterdam. All that is said about the apartment and Guido the landlord is true. We had a fantastic time here, the center is really just 10-15 mins of walk, the place is silent and has a nice view on the Amstel river. I can recommend this place for everyone - Really nice to go "home",after a day of walking and sight seeing, and relax with a nice bath(huge clean tub)and a cup of herbal tea. We also saved money buying a muffin the night before and have our coffee and muffin in the am. before going out. The location is very convenient to all canal boat stops, on a quiet street in a pleasant neighborhood.
