  I certainly recommend this place as an excellent base for exploring the city of Amsterdam, whilst being able to retreat to a nice peaceful haven away from the hustle and bustle.   Very convenient location in the heart of old Jordaan district with the lovely canal view, yet still in quiet street. Plenty of bars and restaurants around and a decent coffeeshop just round the corner. The suite itself is spacious and very elegant. Interior is luxurious, yet made with a sense for details. The location is good as it is easy to get anywhere from the apartment. Lovely view from the balcony. We went at a cold time and the heating was timed just right for when we woke up or went to bed. Amazing apartment worth the money. Definatly recommendable.

Going on an evening stroll amongst some of the most beautiful canals ever created, you'll find yourself amid some of the most intriguing sites Amsterdam has to offer (Ann Frank House, Van Gogh Museum, Dam Square...). At the same time, this Boutique Hotel is located in a part of the city which has such a neighborly feel, you'll find yourself wishing you a resident rather than just a tourist.   The staff were probably the most helpful I have come across in 30 years of travelling the world. They even tracked us down by phone to tell us that a museum we thought closed at 9 was to close at 7. The decor of the hotel is great and although like all canal side town houses the rooms are small, they were well laid out and of a high quality. Our room was pretty small, but to be expected from a city centre hotel, especially in Amsterdam, however it was immaculately presented, beautifully decorated, and the bed was so comfortable we nearly didn't make it up in the morning. The staff were wonderful, and we will be going back.
