A unique very modern hotel within a 12th century monastery. Brilliant design in every detail. helpful staff, location, good breakfast. topservice. I loved the design of the hotel. The staff was fabulous and the setting in the town was wonderful.The whole atmosphere was wonderful. Also excellent location and exceptionally friendly staff. The location, the building is beautiful an dthe environment is very nice.

Excellent service, unmatched anywhere in The Netherlands.The mix between antique/historic building and modern was amazing to experience. Our stay was amazing. Modern facilities and good design. A beautiful hotel maintaning the quiet and tranquil atmosphere of a monastery. The restaurant and bar areas have been built in way that preserves the scale of the main church with its arched ceilings high above. We were lucky as our bedroom was located against one main stained glass window. Staff was very friendly and building is very nice both inside and out.Unique ambience. Lovely hotel, very central. beautiful hotel. atmosphere, building is unqiue. nothing to be mentioned. Perfect location. Beautiful building. Good quality breakfast. Special environment and ambiance. Exhorbitant cost for breakfast even if all that was desired was some yogurt and coffee.none. The food is nothing special, including the breakfast. sometimes E-mail answers not come. Restaurant overpriced and food was not exquisite - stick with the wine bar.The reception staff was not that friendly. Room was very small for the price. Charges not explained in advance (valet parking turned out to cost EUR 27.50 per day). Our room was small but very well decorated. Charge for breakfast are excessive and we were charged for breakfaststhat we did not have and, despite an email requesting a refund, we havenot received a response.very poor room service menu. romm was beautiful although sometimes a bit impractical, eg glass door I had to keep opening when going between wardrobe and bedroom area.The cataloge of the resto was very limited..... pressure of the water is below standard, too many people around reception is perceived as disorganized, VDA PayTV is really bad quality, a 5 star hotel like this needs a better IP-TV system. very expensive hotel with no value!. Towels were not clean. Room a bit too small. Design furniture and bathrooms is nice to look at, however not alwayspractical. There are also some signs of "wearing out".
