  The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and tidy. It is based right in the very centre of Harleem - Great value for money , very good location , pleasant staff and very nice breakfast included in the good value for money price

  Larger room than normal for Europe. Kitchenette that was great becausefood is so expensive. We actually cooked a meal one night. Refrigeratorwas so nice to have in the room. Location of Hotel was excellent, rightby Grote Market. Just a 10 minute walk to the train/bus station. - We were very happy with our stay at the hotel. I would definitely stay there again.

  we have now stayed twice in this last year and we love the friendlinesss of kelly and the rest of the staff who made our stay very comfortable and nothing is too much trouble. - Very convenient to the main square of Haarlem.
