The hotel is not in the city, but is in a spot better than the city centre. Just go ahead and book it. You won't regret it. Hotel is awesome. Rooms are awesome. Location is awesome. Let me break it down for you: There is a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel. At the airport go to shuttle stop A9, press the Ramada button and wait. The wait is no more than 20-30 minutes. For the shuttle back to the hotel you will need to book it upon check-in at a cost of €5/person. Once at the hotel, ther.
所有评语 » Great location (we had our bikes with us and cycled into centre of Amsterdam in 15min max - it's a straight road from hotel to centre with cycle lane) but for people on foot there's a tram stop at the end of the road that is a direct line into the centre. Underground car park (€15 a day which is cheap for Amsterdam!) where we could leave our car safely whilst we explored the city on bike. Staff incredibly friendly. Facilities (tea, coffee was good - reception more than happy to give you more if. excellent hotel as the cost X benefit. I have beenw properly installed in a very good room, with everything very new and with a beautiful view of the city. The only item that was not even liked the cleanliness of the room, from 12 nights I stayed , in 4 I woke up late and there was no more service, but the other 8 nights , i have my room cleaned only in 3 and in only one of these 3 they placed soap and shampoo and always only after my request. Hotel was in a good location, tram stop 2 mins away and took approx 10 mins to get to central station where you can go anywhere. Staff were helpful and supplied city map and advice on getting to places. Car park is underground and very secure. View is amazing from the restaurant and food is gourmet style. Wifi is free through the hotel. Room very slick and clean. Shower facility very good. Would highly recommend staying here for peace of mind. Very nice hotel! Our room wasn't ready when we arrived, but they had it in just a few minutes and offered us a free drink while we waited. The room was very spacious and it was so nice to have a separate tub and shower! Shuttle was at the airport and took us directly to the hotel, and it was 5 euro per person for the trip back. Hotel is a 15 minute tram ride from the city, but the tram stop is just across the street from the hotel. We liked everything about this hotel. Excellent place to stay for a 3 day visit to Amsterdam. If there was one thing that would be a drawback from staying here, it would be the location, even though it was on the edge of the city, the tram station was a two - three minute walk from the hotel, so transportation was really not an issue. It was a relaxing place to stay after a long day of seeing the sights. The hotel is quite well kept and modern and staff were quite friendly and helpful, although it is a bit away from the centre, but walk-able, probably around 30 mins walk. You can also take the tram no 13 to the central station. There are good places around to eat, bars, restaurants on the way to the main tourist area. Overall, we had a nice holiday there and would stay there again. The staff was first class, multi-lingual and very helpful. If you can get a room on an upper floor for a nice view of the city. Parking was cheap, safe and in a clean underground garage. The breakfast was good and they took time to order gluten and lactose free foods for my travel companion. The bar was a bit expensive but the drinks were generous and the view spectacular. I have seen other reviews complaining about the location and I actually loved the location. It was perfect. A short tram ride and I was in the center. It is right off the ´highway and very easy to get to from the airport. My overall experience was wonderful and I will stay here the next time I am in Amsterdam. We really like that the staff was so attentive, even before we arrived at the hotel the reception staff were very helpful with regards to the shuttle service. Our room was ready early which meant we didnt have to wait around, spotlessly clean and the food from floor 17 resturant was lovely. I would stay again. The staff were very friendly(especially Alexandra) We told them before that this is our honeymoon and they upgrade our room,when we arrived to the hotel we get 2 cocktails. the bed is huge and very comfort. we have bath&shower,the TV have a lot of channels,minibar in the room,view of beautiful park. The hotel is very comfortable and the staff is very polite and friendly. The rooms are comfortable. The hotel is good as for business so for leasure. The Rembrant park is around. There is a beautifull hotel mini zoo next to the hotel. The location is good to have some rest after the city tours. Just a minute walk from the tram stop. Room is clean, with sufficient space to open the luggage. The best part that adds value to the hotel is their shuttle service to the airport, at 5 euros per person. This service is extremely important and saves much time from taking trams and trains. We liked the design of the room it was spectacular! The staff was very friendly and it is very clean. The Restaurant on the 17th floor, the food, the breakfast, the access, everything, except my room mader !!!. Breakfast was not included in the room rate, and was 22euro per person! We paid for a tram round trip for two, had a wonderful pancake breakfast, and still managed to spend less than 44 euro... Not one thing to say bad about this hotel. We stayed in the 15th floor and it was very loud at night, particularly on Friday-Saturday since the bar and restaurant are two floors up. Any other floor should have been fine unless you are light sleeper and you are not bothered by the noise. No negatives other than I didn't like the pillows. I wouldn't say that there is anything I disliked about the hotel or my stay. I would however say that you should be aware of the €50 per night securita deposit and parking is €15 per day which is still much cheaper than anywhere else in Amsterdam. Our trip wasnt long enough, we wish we had of stayed a few more days. The pillows aren't comfort. The distance to the city centre is about 15 min in the tram. The hotel is situated rather far from the center. Nothing all was great. Loud on the 16th floor. The room is narrow. Location was a little too far from town (good too as it was quiet) and renting a bike from the hotel was expensive. limited staff working on the reception desk. Complimentary tea and coffee service not replenished.ie., No normal coffee only decaff and no sugar or milk available, also no shampoo or body lotion in the bathroom and no facecloths. I didn't complain as only there for one night, but obviously sloppy room maids. Its just that they dont have a bell man so we had to carry our Luggages which was weird for a 4 stars hotel. the restaurant food was very overpriced for small portions of food. If you wish to walk and not use public transportation to the city center , this hotel is a bit remote, about 10 mimutes by public transportation, though the hotel is close by. Nothing. Parking costs eur15/day. Should be free for hotel guest. Lack of heating inside room - this will be difficult in winter. As a chef, I had many criticisms of the "Wagyu" hamburger served in the restaurant. No complaints about anything else. It was a great hotel. We were on a honeymoon and we told them that and didn't get any mention about it, we had some problems in the last 2 nights with the housekeeping. Gym could be better equipped with little effort/invest (provide weights). Front desk is always very busy. Nothing?. A distance from everything, though train stop is close by. Rooms are very small, no bathroom amendities. Husband was vey disappointed in the fitness facilities. As usual the looked far better on the website than in reality. Popular with tour groups, so if our timing is off you are contending with hordes of people. Hard to say, if anything. Not exactly in the city center but only a 10 minute tram ride out. Breakfast not included in rate, given the high cost. Expensive breakfast, dirty dishes on tables. €50 deposit per night. Called the house keeping requesting a plate but they didnt have all wat they can supply u with is pillows !!. cold in my room. Breaky is a bit expensive, there was 18 of us and the ramada would of made a fortune but the price wasnt right!!. 16Th is noisy Parking 30 euro for 2 days 10 minuts by tram from centre (2.30 euro , 1 person) ( some people at the hotel didnt even speak dutch ). Stay was too short. Security deposit on arrival. Expensive food. Room a little cold.
