really perfect location if you have congress at RAI congress center. There is 20 minutes walking distance from RAI, about 40 minutes nice walking along river Amstel to very center of Amsterdam. I really enjoy walking, but actually I was lucky to have sunny weather for a whole week during my stay.
The apartment was exactly as described, nice and clean with good television and confy couch,
All utensils needed to cook your own breakfast and dinner were provided.
Nice and warm apartment.

Recieved no information on how to get key, had to ring directly and walk to get key.
Key collection on Sunday was a bit of a journey, perhaps they could have a lockbox with a code that you punch in and collect the key. Every other day, collect from Schipol.

The front door to the flat was bit thin so I could hear through it.
Noisy people downstairs, up at 4 am banging doors and dragging bags down stairs.

It was a bit noisy - both from neighbours and from the street.
All doors need to be lubricated.
The bed was too soft and your body takes "V" shape, I had to
sleep on the sofa in the kitchen for 3 nights. Bedroom was also very
cold. It was too noisy to sleep at night. If you have chance to stay
connected to the internet more than 10 minutes you must feel yourself
lucky. Bathroom was very small and there is only soap, no shampoo or
body lotion and even no hanger.
Too expensive at the beginning unclear check in some renewal
necessary (tanned and dangerous stairs, tanned walls) no electric
point in the bathroom.
