I liked evrything in this hotel. My husband liked it as well to the same extent. We felt relieved and happy in it. We had an easy, cheap and fast access to the center of Amsterdam (10 min by Metro or 15 min by Tram) with its great shopping malls, Red Light District and multiple souvenirs shops. Ace, Well Done! You hired the great and guests-friendly personnel. Especial thanks to Patrick and all other guys and girls making a warm and friendly atmosphere in your hotels West Side Inn and Budget H.
所有评语 » It was easy to find, quiet at night, warm and soft beds, tv at the room, toilette at the room (with shower) and really nice staff. This flat is very nice. There have everything that we need. And the house is located in the beatiful place. For the price, great location, staff and room and great shower pressure. Very happy with my stay!. We got upgrde to hotel roon instead of hotel.this is our third time and we happy so far. If you don't expect to much and only need a place to sleep this is a great place to be. Cheap and clean. Affordable for a solo ensuite room, half the price of other places we looked at. Location was Ok, in the suburbs but 5 mins walk from a tram that goes right through the central city to the railway station. Location is nice and quiet if you like that where you are staying. Nice and warm. The food is good, and the staff are all very nice and polite. The location is good, even though its a little bit far from the city centre. There's a tram line near by, so it's very easy to go to all the interesting places from there. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Reception is open all night. Location easy to find. Food (snacks) available at reception at all times, a bit pricey, though. I liked the price in comparison with the other places in town. There's a Lidl beside the hotel and tram is near to the hotel. Good value for money. Room was impressive at first look. Housekeeping was nice. A peaceful ambience all around. it was cheap, free wifi, long opendend food corner. Very close to the tram easily access to the centre. The room was ok but well out of the city centre. Close tram and train stop. buffet breakfast price. This hostel is run by a hotel and is located on it's property. You use the hotels lobby but sleep in another building. There are only few steps over to the lobby and there you can find a great restaurant which is cheap and open 24/7. Quiet area, reception open 24/7 at the West Side Inn next door, with restuarant + great friendly staff! Only 3 blocks from 2 tram stops and a train station. Cheapest we could find!. It wasn't far from the airport. Perhaps its cheap compared to other places in Amsterdam but all the other hotels I stayed in in holland were nicer and less expensive. Staff was nice. There was a microwave in the corridor. Breakfast reasonably priced and good (3.75 euros for the small breakfast). For whom is looking for a bed to sleep on at night and has a very low budget it's the great value for money. although it's far from city center, you can take light train No.2 there, so the location is ok. The place was cheap, but its better to spend some extra cash and get a better place. The tram station was really close and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Some cost didn't show when I book the house such as the cost for clean £40 that it quite high when compare with the rent. just a distance from city other than that all ok. I liked everything about it. very small toilet. WiFi wasn't always work good.Squeaking bed. Size - very small room for 2 people could barely walk around the bed. Bathroom was small also, toilet so close to the wall in front that I had to sit sideways (and am 5'4) - my 6'4 partner was not impressed as you can imagine. Low occupancy when we were there so was quiet but people in the hallway sound like herd of elephants so can imagine could get very noisy when busy. The rooms are very very small, but the worse is the bathroom, which is terribly tiny, really difficult to use. The hallways smelled weird, and the bathroom, although looked clean, smelled like urine. The walls and ceilings are very thin, noises outside were heard as if they were inside of the room. It's a bit far from the city center. We got the bathroom dirty and used cups in the room. Little far from town but gettable to city center, if u want to stay in town later u pay a very expansive bus to go back. Otherwise than that everything was ok. If you're traveling you're able to expand lots of money. The curtain flooring in the shower. The neglectful attitude to provide a finishing touch in the interior, doors, corridor. Just a little effort can make the guest like me give 10 on 10. no signs showing the way, to the hotel on the area of Western Inn Hotel. Very small rooms. The plumbing kept us awake at times. The bathroom is real small, you barely sit on the toilet by not hitting your head to the wall. The window was a little bit drafty. saw a mouse in my room certain staff were really rude and not helpful. Because we ask for double bed, but when we arrived, we got a twin room and no one didn't warn us about that. There was no hot water on the shower. The company who is in charge of this hostel went bankcrupt, but we did not get any information before we are arriving there. And already they charge the money in advance by credit card. Now we are on the process of tracking our money back. The building reminded me of a shack. The floor was creaking. There is not a much leg space when sitting on the toilette but the shower is big though. Tram stop is about 10 minute walk and the tram ride to town takes at least 20 minutes, depends where in town you go out. The tram stops running shortly after midnight and the taxi is really expensive. To be fair, they were refurbishing, but still: strong smell of smoke in hallway, very small 'bathroom', heating not ideal. Seemed a delapidated spot - but get what you pay for :). there was no hot water in the mornings. Definitely overpriced. It's quite far away from Amsterdam, outdated and not very clean - very dusty on the headboard. Location is unpleasant to visit after day light not even to visit an ATM. The bathroom is so little and crowded that I went to the main hotel building for Number 2, Couldn't spread my lags. Sheets were changed every day. Cleaning the bathroom was not included in the room price. Very expensive compering to the room rate. If you go back too late, you need to ring the doorbell to ask the staff to open the door, alternatively, if you want to leave early, you also need to call them! The heat in the room usually doesn't work and they never clean your room. There were no towels in the room. the bathroom was dirty and very uncomfortable. the room was not clean. The room heating wasnt working properly either. The bathroom was so small that I couldn't sit down on the toilet any other way but sideways.. and it wasn't attached properly so I had to hold up the cover because it kept falling against my back. The room was also very, very damp, especially after a shower, and we couldn't manage to open the window.. Bathroom smelled like urination. Hotel was far from city center. Air condition was broke. They didn't service the room properly and the bathroom facilities were not that great. Room had no air conditioning, and the only window was on the hotel's parking lot, so during the night the choice was between being woken up by noise in the parking lot, or having difficulty to sleep because of the heat. Also, the shower drain was not working properly, so water would just accumulate in a corner. Poor cleaning, toilet facing showerwall with no space for feet. Only midgets and children could use the toilet in 616. Very dusty. Could write my name in dust by the window. No ac in room. Looked a bit like barracks for refugees. The bargain rooms are absolute rediculous rundown boxes, with too little comfort and space for the price. It was super noisy on both the inner court as well as with the road next to him. The shower in our room was disgusting. Poorly ventilated, signs of mould, water standing in the shower tray, no hot water for two mornings. I appreciate it's a 'budget' hotel but I felt it did not meet even the most basic of requirements. When we came in the room spiders were waiting for us on walls. It was not possible to take normal shower since drain is not fixed properly. thin walls and doors... poor heating...it looks like a box...made of carton :)). Improperly planned bathroom (literally had to sit sideways on toilet), flimsy stairs, floors and walls. Hallways smelled bad, the floor in the room was peeling, someone had left poop in the toilet in our bathroom when we first checked in. Bedding was dirty. Tv did not work. I did'nt like having to pay more (5 pounds a night) to stay in theWest side hotel which is the primary building. The adjacent building,which is Budget Hostel Bargain Toko, is simply depressing and squallid.It would have done for me at a push,but I would'nt take a girlfriend there! Also the location is further out than one is led to believe,and at dusk beware of threatening gangs of youths as found in any inner city areas!. Bathroom and toilet are too conjusted, Room heater was not working. Walls are too thin. Toilet 's conditions are extremely bad and it was very dirty. Price-quality very bad!. They gave me the keys that open the room. No elevator doors open face in different directions. The heating in the room did not work and was very cold. Room windows did not lock!. the arrogant staff, the hiding cost etc.... that's just the beginning. This hotel was disgusting. The bathroom was filthy, the shower would flood over ankle deep and spill onto the floor, you could not sit on the toilet properly as there was no room for your legs, it was very cheap and nasty. Unfortunately I believe you pay too much for the hotel based on how incredibly horrid it is, it's awful location that is a €35 taxi from the airport and one hour walk from town. Unless you are desperate, keep looking!. Everything. Room was disturbed even with do not clean sign up. Building seemed to be made out of cardboard. Easy enough to get to by tram but a bit of a ride to the center of town. ALL This is not a Hotel is like barracks for refugees Verry dirty , verry small room,bad smell,spiders inside, window dosen't close..... I never see something worst in all my life. Service/the room.
