Staff were so friendly and helpful, the hotel modern decoration and outlets with fireplace were so delightful. Rooms were big enough with the modern touch. Overall, this hotel is a masterpiece, every detail had a touch of Art. I just loved the place and would like to thank all staff members....you made my stay special....keep it up. most of all the staff, all of whom were exceptionally friendly and helpful, from the doormen to the reception staff, waiters and chambermaids. also a very attractive hotel with lots of art. nice gym/pool spa area, excellent breakfast. all in all a super hotel and perfect location for central amsterdam.
所有评语 » Very nice hotel. Modern room with incredible equipments. Amazing breakfast, french toasts and cheese and ham sandwiches are excellent! Very nice crew, helpful and smiling. The pool and sauna are very confortable, well-designed! The building, restaurant, bar, are innovative. Great design and art, reception staff were amazing at keeping people happy (who were frustrated at the time taken to check in...), awesome complimentary breakfast. Loved the Bar and restaurant . Really friendly nice staff. Nice location. Cool Fashion and art books around the hotel and in the bar chill out area. The rooms are just superb, amazing furnishing all over the hotel, perfect location, and most importantly, the staff are way beyond friendly. :). The hotel is modern and stylish with art all over the place. Great rooms, food, bar, staff, location... Was very pleased!. The restaurant and the ice to have a library in the restaurant. Good music and atmosphere. very nice people. It was very nice hotel and the service is very good and I strongly recommended for accommodation. Great new hotel in Amsterdan, rooms are very comfortable, services and employees were exemplar. Excellent service Very nice room and free wifi with string signal Good a la carte breakfast. Breakfast incredible!. Very cool art and great staff!. great venue and design. all the rest. Actually nothing. the only criticism is that you have to walk through the restaurant area and reception to get from the pool/gym back to rooms. The check in was chaotic. House keeping hadnt finished servicing rooms at 5pm so lots of people waiting to check in. Speakers didn't work in the built in system . Replacement portable speakers provided were very cheap. And a little bit easyjet in quality. Booking in as a couple I would expect a little more privacy. There where quite allot of knocking on the day of arrival and it felt a bit intrusive. Marks on walls also made the room feel a little lackluster. I would probably want to try a different hotel in future. Nothing- I liked everything. There is no care parking nearby the hotel and there some nosey. Nothing. Everything was fine. To noisy on saturday night, due to a party on the Bar, but, It was exceptional. teething problems => staff friendly but a little bit overwhelmed, slow service in restaurant. ontbijt a la carte. Services are realy bad. They lost my laugauges for a 3 hours. Also breakfast is not self service and I waited for my orders for a 40 minutes, nothing came to table so I left the table. Eat something outside.
