The owner, Mike, very polite and servicing. The breakfast also very good, although was a bit late as needed to leave early, bit it is ok given this hotel is not for business travellers and I chose it because I needed to attend a conference, and had to do it at the very last minute. I was very lucky with this place. I recommend it. Dickey's warm welcome after trudging in the rain was a turning point of our trip. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. The big bonus was the custom omelet that Mike made us - a real treat!! Amistad is the perfect location!.
所有评语 » Everything was great. Our host was perfect and really helped us including calling a germany after our accommodations went disastrously wrong-with no charge! Just wonderful. Breakfast was nice in the cosy communal doing room. Fantastic location, staff were great, really helpful and breakfast was home cooked and available from *am to 1pm. Rooms very clean with Wifi and own computer in every room... Highly reccommended. Excellent location! Located right on the best shopping street and 5 minutes walk to the two main Amsterdam squares. Friendly and pleasant staff :-) Homelike hotel :-). The owners of this small hotel are very helpful in pointing you to whatever you want to see or do. They make seeing the city and the sights so easy. Everything is just perfect! Very cosy room, friendly and super helpful staff, location is ideal for sightseeing and shopping. location and the staff are super nice. breakfast is up until 1pm which is perfect for people who spend a wild night out. A little bit noisy in the room. room was a bit cold. all rooms are non smoking. i was staying on 3rd floor and everytime i have to go up/down the stairs. Not much interaction with the other guest. No staff in evenings. shower needs some attention in room 7, the double bed was 2 singles put together which meant they came apart and if there is going to be a PC in the room then it need to be in good working order. no comment. Nosey owner. Humiliated me in front of guests at breakfast as I had not made it to breakfast on several occasions. He wanted to force conversation and I do not like much talk at breakfast. we are not all morning birds like him.
