  The riad is located in a quiet, safe, residential area not far from the square. The room was very comfortable and even though we were on the ground floor it was quiet.   I had arranged to have a shuttle at the airport to pick us up and take us to the hotel. They picked us up as arranged and took us to the parking area near the hotel where hotel staff met us to walk to the hotel with us and assist with luggage. The staff were excellent and made the stay very personal. The owner/manager was very accommodating, friendly, relaxed and nice in general. All the other staff were also very good and friendly.   Stayed here for a week with my boyfriend. Room was fab, we stayed in the African suite. We had dinner there the first night chilled with wine on the roof terrace which was amazing. We then had a hamman the following morning. It's in the old town about a 15/20 min walk down the back streets to the main el fina. An - Everyone was so welcoming and eager to please. From the moment we walked in we were spoilt. The Riad was beautiful and kept in immaculate condition, and we enjoyed the roof terrace, pool area and games room as well as the spa facilities. I can't recommend this Riad enough. We never wanted to leave!
