  Despite the location far way from the big centre, the hotel offers shuttle free of charge to take and pick us to / from Medina.   The reception from the staff was the best thing and gave us a very good first impression .. the hotel is 30 minutes away walking from the old city .. my bedroom was clean and the bathroom was clean too - I had to catch a very early train, this hotel is really near it. And the staff is there 24 hours, so it's very convenient.

  This was a great place to stay in the heart of the medina. The area is mostly residential and in the evening you could hear the giggles of the children playing in the alley and birds roosting in the bushes. The staff were very freindly and welcoming. It is easy to find as it is not far from a little square and car park, where we were able to get taxis from. Our room was very comfortable and great value for money. We got back to the riad from shopping and dining around midnight and we wanted mint tea sooo bad that we asked the person at the front desk if we could have some and he made some tea for us. It can be hard to navigate the Madina, so it was nice to be able to find the riad easily (that is after initially being shown where it was by the staff). I recommend the airport pickup option.   We loved every moment of our stay! Free shuttle from/to airport was a brilliant bonus. The location was 30 minutes out of town but free afternoon / evening shuttle solved this problem. A - The villa is very aesthetic, the owner has a talent for this. Location is a little bit remote, but the management organizes free shuttles to Marrakech and back twice a day, and also to the Menara airport and back (but not before 8 am). It is an oasis of tranquility, the staff is professional, the food is ok. The surroundings is beautiful, settled with so much style. Ideal for relaxing holidays!
