could do a little maintenance on the roof deck but still very pleasant indeed. Not easy to find if traveling by car.
Good staff. I received tea and biscuits when I arrived. It was convenient for the souks and alot of Marrakech.
It was a little hard to find. Compared to other riads it was a bit expensive. On my second night there was no hot water.
Friendly and accommodating staff. Great english. Very clean. Loved the pool as a way to escape the heat and chill out with a beer after some full on sight seeing. Close to the craft market/artisanal work shops which we loved shopping in compared to the souk.
Beautiful rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Calm and relaxing hotel. Good to escape from the overwhelming Medina. I would recommend this hotel to other people.
Hard to find as it's located in a small (derb) walking street. Internet connection was not working.
Good will from staff.
Staff need more training, and more staff needed in general. Lack of privacy for the rooms on the ground floor around the swimming pool, people having breakfast in front of your bathroom windows. A lot of chattering and gossiping in the kitchen in the afternoon which spoiled the quiet atmosphere expected in a riad. Missing somebody in charge. The gerante is hardly there. Had stayed before in more traditional riad for a cheaper price and better service. Will not come back.
Some of the staff were great and very friendly the place wash clean and well designed!
That the final bill was in morroccan dirhran and their exchange rate to the euro was awful!! Totally stacked in their favour!
My room had a leak and it took two days to fix, leaving me with no hot water and a lot of hammering etc. had to shower in my friends shower next door. What would have happened if I had been on my own? They also served bread for breakfast that was as hard as a rock
