The staff were excellent - very helpful. The breakfast was delicious and slightly different each day. The tours arranged were very good. The beds incredibly comfortable!
In the Medina - but close to the walls to experience the new town etc. The STAFF were very accommodating.

Staff were amazingly helpful- directing us in every which way we asked. They booked restaurants, tours, pointed us to the local dry cleaner, offered to get medicine from the pharmacy when one of our party were sick and even cut up pomegranates for us which we had bought at the market unknowingly they were so hard to prepare!

Riad Chayma is a beautiful, peaceful and charming place where you can relax and escape from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. The staff were helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and they did everything to make us feel at home and completely comfortable. The Riad is very clean and modern but it still has a very traditional feel. A lot of care has been put into the house and the attention to detail is clear to see. We had a highly enjoyable stay and I would recommend this Riad to anyone.

Riad Chayma is a lovely place to stay. Clean, comfortable, very tastefully decorated, helpful and very friendly staff at a reasonable price, especially if you are 2 people traveling and sharing a room. The beds are comfortable to ensure a good night's sleep after a long day exploring. The bathrooms are lovely with plenty hot water and good water pressure. They supply good quality shampoo and body soap, so no need to bring your own and waste valuable suitcase space! The breakfast is good and is a nice and necessary start to the long day ahead. Very well located. 10 - 15 Minutes walk to the main square in the medina and 10 - 15 minutes walk to the new city. It is on a busy little road, but once inside, it is cool and tranquil. I stayed here for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. I can strongly recommend it and will definitely stay here again. I traveled in March and the weather was wonderful. Not too warm during the day and lovely and mild at night. I had dinner at 2 lovely restaurants and would like to mention them here, because both are in very easy reach from the Riad Chayma. La Maison Arabe for a more formal but unbelievable experience, 5 minutes from the Riad and Djellabar for a more younger experience with fantastic food, cocktails and DJ's, 15 minutes walk. Enjoy!
Not much to say here. Like most places in Marrakech, it will be difficult to find on your own, so make sure you get picked up by the Riad's driver, friendly chap called Kamil. He will take you right to the front door and help with your suitcases. This will cost you 20Euros. Money well spent! Once you are there and start exploring, it is very easy to find your way back to Riad Chayma.
Great Boutique sized hotel. Staff is very helpful, beautifully decorated rooms with an excellent roof terrace. Tasty breakfast served fresh every morning. Great location- Right outside the markets!
