  The staff was very helpful, very professional, and knowledgeable. I amvery happy that I selected that hotel for my stay. I do not speak Frenchor Arabic and neither does my husband but the desk clerk and bellboyswere very attentive. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and deliciouseven for my American taste. The doorman greeted me this time with a big smile, and a 'welcome back.' (In French, of course, as it is Morocco.) But it doesn't matter if your French isn't great, the staff is very friendly. I will definitely be returning.

  My second time staying at this hotel,After I saw some of the reviews,i was skeptical,since my last stay was great,I though may be there was a management change,I am glad i booked here again,pleasantly surprise this place is even nicer than last time,,I do agree with some,the music is kind of loud,but next time i will book a suit second or third fl... 别人怎么说 » oor,,other than that,,my husband and i love this place,the rooms are nice,,very clean,,and the staff is really nice - I stayed in Casablanca before,i always stayed in hotels over looking the water,this hotel was not over looking the water,but close enough I can walk to the beach,i enjoyed that,i never had a sound proof room,I never even knew they existed until I read the reviews,I really like that,,the rooms were nice,the service was friendly,price was ok,but for the luxury this hotel has to offer,,it was worth it,
