  The reception staff were very helpful. Drinking water was provided daily for each guest. The hotel restaurant served good dishes at reasonable cost. - Location is good if you want to see the historical center of the city. Restaurant has good emals. Staff is friendly and ready to help.

  99% of the staff spoke English and put up with our bad Spanish. The breakfasts were included and we had a lot of choices and they were all great. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was a junior suite and it was very large. The canopy bed was very comfortable. The tv had many English speaking channels. I saved the best for last and that w... 别人怎么说 » as the lobby. People walking by, would walk up the stairs to take pictures of the lobby and the fully stained glass ceiling. The location was perfect. - The Hotel itself is great, both rooms and public places, everyone already wrote about the mosaic glass roof above lobby area. And of course the old lift which unfortunately you can use only once you arrive to hotel. Guest relations service is good - I contacted them before my arrival to book some extra services and they really did their best to help me.

  I went to 3 Futbol games and to diferent places using the Metro Bus and Metro that are safe to travel. - Location, location, location. For my purpose, this hotel was the closest to where my brother and sister live. We could walk there in the morning and ride a cab back in the evening.
