  First of all, we arrived on Friday and directly, we received a glass of champaign. The staff was so friendly. Then, we went with the butler to our room... A beautifull room like a dream, a paradise... We took the suite with ocean view. The room was huge, enormous. It was very clean. The housekeeping came twice a day.   The room and the patio were awesome......everything in the suite was new and clean..incredible views from the restaurant and bar on the top of the hotel. Staff were very friendly and accommodating...will definitely stay again next time we are in PV. - The staff was wonderful, helpful and courteous. I requested a room with a balcony and got it no problem. The room was huge and bath was spacious. Staff was helpful.
