the staff was very friendly and helpful. they lent us even an adapter for european chargers. nice breakfast with outstanding delicious orange juice. centrally located. internet was for free and a PC ready to use. really good value for money. We appreciated the friendly and accommodating staff. We were there during Carnivale and they made sure we had good seats and drink service for the parade, which went right by the hotel. It was very quiet at night.

Helpful staff. Walkable distance to central attractions and restaurants. Big room. Decent breakfast. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom with sit in shower. Aircondition working well. Pleasant breakfast room. Very friendly staff and management, clean comfortable room, in center of historic district but quiet!. Nice location, very friendly staff and charmy buildning. The views from the room, the garden. The king size bed. Good breakfast, greatstaff, great location. Loved it. We found the staff to be very helpful. Location is central of Merida. Good range of english speaking TV channels available. We did not try the restaurant. The hotel is a little old but ok. Some things weren't working but the staf immidiately fixed it. So at the end it was a pleasant stay. Wi-if and great location! Rooms are ok, big beds, a bit too hot, but generally ok. Would recommend it to travellers to Merida. The breakfast was very good, location is great if you want to see the city. a disco was pretty close so it was sometimes a bit too loud in the room. only these white lights in the room (seems to be pretty standard in mexico). The rooms are quite plain. A little paint and some new bed linens would really help make it a great stay. Mosquitoes in the patio area. no coffee maker in room. A bit musty smell . No coffee machine in room. Room service was not available in afternoon. Breakfast used to be better with more variety of food years ago. Pool could have been cleaner, but as we were their during low season it wasn'T. Poor breakfast. Windows didn't keep the music out. The rooms was very plain and lacking personality whilst still very fonctional. Breakfast was very poor, poor selection, nothing more than butter and marmelade, eggs, few buscuits and some Strange juice. Could be a better one. The amenities were below par in the rooms. This was a 2 star hotel, not a 4 like the website showed. The staff tried to over charge us for our stay.
