5 minutes away from airport. Got in on a late flight, so didn't want to spend the Money on our resort when we were just going to be sleeping. For the price, it's fine and would recommend. I did see the front desk guy try calling a car rental place for 1 of the guests.
Basic bfast, but gets you going. Doors are thin, but we were exhausted, so feel asleep anyway.

The hotel's location is very good, if you want to stay close to the airport. The staff were very friendly and the free shuttle service was excellent (keep in mind that you have to arrange for it beforehand, since there is no access to the hotel in the airport). Nice, spacious, and clean rooms. Very good breakfast, and fast internet (WiFi) connection.
Although the hotel is close to the airport, you won't be bothered by the noise. However, the air conditioning was obnoxiously loud, as if there is a jet in your room! It made me turn it on and off repeatedly, even overnight.
Great service...and they took us to the airport at 5am. Had a box lunch for us at the counter, too... Would definitely recommend this hotel. Staff was wonderful!
Not far from the airport for an early AM departure. Shuttle service was provided Probably one of the nicest Comfort Inns I have stayed in.
Not many restaurants nearby so we ate at the hotel restaurant. The food was ok but the menu was limited.
Nearest escape route to highway connecting Merida Yucatan. Super airconditioner. First level is shielded by a high wall and reflects virtually all the noise from outside. Showers and sinks are up to spiff. Beds are solid.
No signs to guide into below level parking . First timers wind up in a no return zone and have to go over the Airport interchange to attempt a second entry. Not enough chairs in room.

I thought the exchange rate for paying in pesos was way too high at 13. Paying almost 900 pesos for a 61 dollar charge was really bad.

Comfortable bed, fresh and modern rooms and bathroom. Close to the airport, but only good for 1 night - a long way (and $30 cab ride each way) to the city/beach.
Two big failures though: 1. Aircon is incredibly loud - no chance of sleeping with it on. I woke up sweating at 3am - turned it on for 15 minutes so it could cool the room down, then switched it back off. 2. You can hear everything that's happening in the hallway - I was woken up earlier than I hoped to.

We had the dinner in the hotel's restaurant and the food was of low quality (hamburger and chicken Brest with salad). The day after we wake up sick. The jacuzzi and rooftop were not Available.
For a short few hours the facilities are fine and staff amenable and room clean. Liked the shower stall spacious and ample hot water. Beds were comfortable

The rooms and bathroom were spacious. The beds were comfortable. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and the meal and service was excellent. The complimentary breakfast was plentiful and healthy. Shuttle was hassle free. Great value overall! We would stay again, especially if we were en route to another location.
I stayed here in between flights. Staff were prompt in corresponding via email to arrange the shuttle. The room was modern, very clean and spacious. Reception staff were friendly and the food was good. Very close to the airport.

Shuttle to take to airport is hourly service only Shuttle from airport needs to be prebooked over the phone which we did however the service waited 6 mins for us before leaving. This lead us to have to chase the hotel and make more calls. Also nothing st all around the hotel so only convenient for airport
Hotel shuttle bus was nice. We got an email with a very good description and photos where we could find the driver who waited for us on our arrival at the airport. He also drove us the next day to catch the bus for playa del carmen. But you have to reserve your seats in advance and tell your arrival at the airport.
De window could not be opened for fresh air! Not even a little bit which was very uncomfortable so you had to switch on the ac even during the night.
Excellent value. Quick and easy shuttle service to airport. We had lost some baggage during the flight and came out of the airport considerably later than the other passengers on our flight. We were very impressed to see that our driver to the hotel was still waiting patiently for us. 5* service!

Airport shuttle driver dropped a group of us off at wrong terminal for our flight after telling him which airline we were on. Had to walk a long distance to other terminal and barely made the flight. They need to know what airlines are at what terminal.

Hotel is located 5 min. from airport with hotel shuttle for free. Location is not good because of the highway but it didn´t disturb me. Anyways it´s kind of hotel just for one day stay if your flight is too early or late for departure from Playa del Carmen or other distant location. Hotel was clean and really nice equiped. Breakfast was nice!!!
I didn´t like the fact, wifi was available only at reception!!!! They say it´s everywhere but then when you don´t get connection at the room and ask why, they tell you the router box is not so strong.... and then you must stay downstairs. :(

Due to a cancelled flight and not being able to call them and cancel our first night on the 16th --I was charged for that night--book it--tried to cancel my second night on the 22 and rebook it again, now I had to pay for 3 nights when I was only there one
Close to the airport, free transfer, delicious breakfast one of the best included in room rate, good wifi connection, cheap bus link giving you oportunity to get downtown within 20-25 mnutes. Staff very friendly and helpfull.
Bit noisy A/C, we had to wait about 45min to be picked up from the airport but it seems to be normal way of life here.

Lack of anything in the Hotel, no bar or swimming pool although the brochure said there was a bar and jacuzzi on the roof. Hotel is on the side of the busy 4 lane highway so noisy. If I stayed again I would ask for top floor room. I would only recommend this for a one night stay before or after arriving or departing Cancun Airport.

The offerd shuttle service only runs from 7am to 8pm. So if you arrive at the airport after 8pm the hotel doesn't offer you any replacement and the airport taxi driver will charge you for 45$ !!!! Even thou it is only 4 km ride (6,4 mile). We ended up walking and it took us 30 min.
Very close to airport but far enough away that you did not hear planes. Very clean and beds were comfortable.
This seems to be a problem for travelers in all of Mexico. No one wants to make change. Usually when you go to an atm you get 500 peso bills, and they are impossible to use. You would like a hotel to be able to help the traveler with that.

This is an airport hotel used for it's proximity to the Cancun airport for an early flight. Room was luxurious at any price. Free airport shuttle and good free breakfast. Also pretty good dinner food was available.
Printer was " broken", so many guests wrangled with a convoluted way of sending their boarding passes to the front desk where they could be printed. Very time consuming. Breakfast did not start til 7 am so those ready for the 7 am shuttle missed breakfast. Shuttle only goes on the hour and left late.
Very clean and staff helpful. I wished we could have stayed for breakfast.
